Ordered and paid for an item from Whitby Road, Bristol branch only to be told they don’t have it. Luckily Avonmouth did so a mad dash before closing meant car was back on the road next day

The staff are always helpful. I had an Osram nightbreaker +200 headlight bulb blow but they were replaced, no questions asked, under the one year warranty. They have a decent website and parts selection. They have plenty of parking.

One of the staff at Avonmouth Branch urgently need to attend a course on customer service, politeness, manners and respect. A Bot would do a better job. Message for your store management if you are oblivious to the issues then customers will go elsewhere i.e. GSF, SES, Halfords just to name a few, Happy Training!

Great place for parts. Europarts always have a good deal on website for accessories and bits and pieces.
Also the staff are more friendly than GSF .

Rang up and was told a camshaft sensor for my car was £35.70 plus vat to then drive down to the branch only to be told the sensor was actually £58. Waste of time. Totally unhelpful. Avoid at all costs

What an absolute shambles of a store !!! I Ordered parts online and when I went to collect them they were totally wrong parts considering the parts was a pair of lower arms. I had an argument with two members of staff till eventually the penny dropped they had the right parts bags and the wrong parts in them even different brands didn’t even get an apology for their mistake then I was told they had no stock except for the most expensive arms which were priced at nearly double from my local motor factors. Then came the insult I was told I’d not get refunded for 10 days on my original order. So nearly £400 lighter in my pocket As I left the store I got a email to say I’d collected my original order so I had to then contact customer services who I had to argue my case that I never even collected it.
I can honestly say stay away from this store you’ll wait ages to be dealt with and be treated like you’re an idiot. I will never step foot in the place again
