I called about a week ago asking if I could rent a car, whoever answered the call said yes & we talked about the price & everything so they “set it apart for me” for today, but when I called to pick it up & pay upfront today they said they didn’t have anymore cars I was able to rent & they didn’t let me know beforehand. First time trying to rent a car at this place & they did me wrong.

I can not recommend them enough! Super friendly and accommodating. I called in to exchange my car with Jessica and I could not have asked for anyone better. She held the car for me and when I got there, Juan helped me get everything in order. I live an hour away and I only use this company because they are so unbelievably accommodating. They remember who I am and are very welcoming. Thank you Jessica and Juan!

The girl who serves at the counter has a terrible and horrible way of treating customers and I don't know if she is the same one who answers the calls but on the phone she has the same horrible way of answering calls, then a young man of Latin origin arrived who attended to me in Spanish and tried to fix my bad experience with EXEC REN A CAR but I did not rent his vehicle and came to Enterprise. They showed an excellent attitude to me from the moment I arrived.

I got a call yesterday from a worker name Tarantino,Stating that I need to turn their small Toyota Corolla\rental back in after I returned it 2 weeks ago . My car was service through Mercedes Benz Service in West Covina, First mistake on their part. Secondly I got an email with a bill for $93.87, I called the rental company to inquire and Jessica said that I was being charged for gas. I got the small Toyota Corolla on half a tank so I returned it on half a tank. But was lied to that they gave me the car on full tank of gas, I went to pull up paper work and all of a sudden things changed. I was told they will waive the charge.
I was also told that They charge $12.99 a gallon Where they charge that much for gas? This company is very deceiving. And the Manager Beatrice is very rude. All I did was try to be nice from the beginning of receiving the rental and dropping of the rental. This company is not a good place to rent from. She has a stank attitude. Check your credit card that this company has on file periodically. Because they will try to charge you for something . My Benz is a bigger car And I use 91 at the gas station. And it don't cost 93.87 to fill the tank. But a small Toyota Corolla on half a tank is 93.87. Straight Frauds. They have Poor Customer Service . The Manager is very Passive Aggressive.

First , I’ve had the worst experience with my Mercedes Benz . 7 months into the car and I have gone to the dealership twice! The last one needing a whole cylinder head replacement! It has been so frustrating and just over all exhausting since I have a family to take care of and I am in need of arranging mine and my husband’s schedule to deal with my car problems .

The only thing that has made my whole experience a 5 star is Juan Contreras from their Rental company Exec.

The first time we encountered him , he was very welcoming , accommodating and just over all caring for my family needs in such stressful circumstances .

Then the second time around , I didn’t get Juan unfortunately and they gave me a small Camry which was way too small for family (I expressed my concerns and was ignored). I called Exec two days later and Juan was working , I expressed that I needed a bigger car for my family and he assured me that he would provide me a car more comfortable for my kids.

The fact that he went above and beyond on our initial encounter really just put some better energy into our situation.

This world is in need of more people like Juan, specially when you are providing a service . Thank you again for taking those extra steps , I’m 100% in not the only customer pleased with Juan’s hospitality!

This 5 star review is solely in part to the amazing work enthusiasm of Juan the loaner car department assistant manager. After an initial horrible service department experience I vowed to never go to West Covina Mercedes for service ever again. However due to a recent emergency I had to go to WCM service. I needed a loaner vehicle and was fortune enough to be assisted by Juan. He was great, pleasant, professional, and I can tell he loves his job which I appreciate. Thanks to him I have no problem going to WCM if needed! Thanks again!

I dropped my car off for service and was lucky to get helped by Juan to get a courtesy rental.
He made everything quick & easy & has a great personality! Ask for Juan if you want great service 🙂
