I don’t post many reviews but I was so pleased with Explorer Marine Service’s business I had to take the time for this one. Shannon was our contact person. She was friendly and knowledgeable and scheduled a technician to come out ASAP to get a shift cable replaced on my 19ft runabout. The technician, Beto did a great job in assessing the issue and making the necessary repair/replacement. Scheduling, payment and communication was handled by Shannon in a friendly yet professional manner. I can’t stress how grateful I am that your company did what they said, when they said they would, at the price you quoted me. You obviously have a great team there. Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back for all of our boat needs and will spread the word amongst our boating friends. Thanks again for getting us back on the water making memories with our littles!!

From my first contact with Explorer Marine through the completion of my project - everyone was very helpful and professional. Explorer Marine installed a new inverter-battery system on my Yacht. Michael Hood did a great job as the PM, and the onsite technician Jacob was very communicative, kept me informed, competed quality work, kept things clean and tidy! They will be my Go-To team to service my boat moving forward. Wanted to also mention Jackson and Ben - were courteous and supportive throughout the project. Top notch service! Inverter system looks amazing!

I have been working with Explorer Marine since 2022 and can't say enough great things about the team there. Michael, Shannon, Beto and everyone else that I have interacted with have been super helpful and informative. They have helped me when i've been in a pinch and i'm so thankful for them. Shannon in the office is a delight to work with, even when I pester her with 36 questions in the span of 2 hours lol.

I have an older boat that has needed a ton of work and Explorer Marine has been there every step of the way. From regular maintenance, bilge pumps, prop shafts, haul outs, bottom paint, fuel issues, plumbing, holding tanks, etc etc the list goes on. Explorer Marine has helped me reach my goal of replacing nearly EVERY part of this boat. I've been very happy with the communication and work product. I highly recommend Explorer Marine to anyone that needs boat mechanical repairs!

I have a 1996 force 120 outboard. I called pretty much every boat shop in San Diego and nobody would want to work on that motor because of parts available to it. I found explorer Marine online. I gave them a call in hopes they would work on my motor, I was expecting the same answer.sorry we don’t work on that motor. That was not the case they took on the project and they were able to get new parts for it. Shannon and Beto were great. Very helpful and easy to work with. Beto even took the time to come out to the boat ramp the day after I picked up my Boat to help me out with some adjustments!!! Awesome customer service!!! I would definitely recommend exploring marine.

Amazing Company ! Been having a low voltage issue with the back head. Called Weber Marine after a strong referral from Charlie at Pepe La Poo, David called me right back and just happened to be close by and said he would stop by and take a look. Yes he thinks a low voltage issue and will return today or Monday ! How much do I owe you for today ? He told me don't worry about we can talk later about it ! WHO DOES THIS IN THE MARINE BUSINESS NOBODY I KNOW ! VERY FEW OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS LEFT !

You call or email them what you need, they put it on the schedule, get it done right the first time, and send you a bill. It seems simple enough, but in the marine industry, it's very rare. These people are actually running a business. And you don't have to pay the additional tax that is your time like you do with many other "companies". I highly recommend.

Explorer Marine did a great job getting me back on the water! From initial contact with the manage to the office administrator to the service tech, it was all seamless & professional. I highly recommend them!
