Needed an oil change and the last Carrie recommended that we needed a serpentine belt. That it had some cracks. Sure enough it did . Thankful for the heads up she gave us. She is friendly every time we see her and knows her stuff. She makes the experience nice and easy

Brandon at Express Oil Change in Jacksonville, Al was incredibly helpful. I had a couple different issues with the performance of my car and was not sure what it could be. I had honestly let this problem go longer than it should and it ultimately did more damage. Brandon not only located the problem, but was very upfront and thorough regarding all of the other affected areas. He was always in touch, and worked very diligently to fix my problem. Brandon took great care of me as a consumer. This is the type of people that we need working in our service industries. The epitome of a hard working, honest, and upstanding individual. Brandon was very helpful! I needed my headlight replaced-He helped me decide on best price option, and he stayed after closing getting parts and installing..Then he told me how/where to order a headlight cap I was missing for him to later install also!

Went in to have my oil changed and Kevin was the technician/mechanic who took care of my vehicle. He was very helpful with the 50 questions I asked about the services they provide and they were fast and efficient with the service I selected! I absolutely recommend!!

Updated review: Came in today and had my vehicle’s oil changed and tires rotated. Kevin and Carrie took great care of me!! Same day, I brought my daughter’s car in to have her oil changed and Anthony took great care of my vehicle!! Fast and friendly and always knowledgeable!!
