Great job with my carli e venture kit. Honest about tire choices and much more economical for the winch install than the dealer. Would recommend if you're doing any work for a lift, tires or suspension upgrade. I couldn't be happier.

BUYER BEWARE...They quoted me one price, then raised it when they didn't like how the tires sat on my truck, then messed up the install, and didn't want to apologize. "Sometimes that happens". I got stuck trying to get a repair from a "Big" shop in town that would take care of me. Their QC has gone downhill and their customer service is even worse.

Put some bigger tires on and lifted my Ford Ranger Tremor 21’. had a great experience! The truck looks awesome. Had a guy ask me if it was the new Ranger Raptor 2025. Great customer service and definitely recommend!

Very upfront and honest bunch of guys. From the jump, Wyatt helped me build my F250 exactly how I wanted it. The most patient man alive! Went back and forth on several styles of rims that were in and out of stock over several months. He patiently answered every single question and email I sent. Wyatt listened and took all our situational circumstances into consideration and put together a lift/tire package that not only looks amazing, but still tows our trailer seamlessly. We've used Extreme Motorsports twice now for 2 different trucks, and both times the customer service and friendliness of the staff is top notch. Sad to say that I thought the work they did for me at the time was good, unfortunately the installer didn’t loctite the bolts and my entire front suspension of my truck vibrated loose. Some bolts have even fallen off!!! I called for them to please take a look and they said that because I furnished the parts they wouldn’t warrant the install and that if I wanted to be without a vehicle for a month I could bring it in then.

I read so many messages about their customer service but because I trusted their reputation I had them install my lift kit. Now, I’m stuck because their installer did have a half-baked job.

Disappointing to say the least. Dismayed that they wouldn’t warrant their work. Saddened that they couldn’t bring this in as their installer was the one that failed.

Sorry XMS - your installer (who you dumped six weeks after working on my truck) was an employee of your company. Honoring your company’s work is what customer service is really about. Customers be advised.
