Got a great deal / discount from MSRP on a brand new bike right at the beginning of riding season! Austin answered my questions quick, no one tried to sell me anything extra or up, and the whole process was smooth as heck. Many years ago, I swore I would never buy anything again from the previous owner due to the lack of service and prices. I thought they would offer better service for a in house purchase, and I was wrong. Fast forward to Extreme Power Sports buying out the previous owners. In January 2024, I hesitantly started talking to their salespeople about a Can Am Defender to replace our golf cart at our farm. I walked around and spoke to the service department and parts department because, let's face it, everything breaks sooner or later. I was impressed. So we bought the UTV it was competitive priced, we also bought the 3 year extended warranty and the beast part so far the in house service package. Side by sides are expensive, and I wanted someone who knows what they are looking at to inspect the machine every service until at least until the warranty runs out. Extreme did the break-in service a few weeks ago and finished on the same day. That might not always be the case, but the previous owners kept a four-wheeler 9 weeks for the same service. I have also ordered a few extras for the Defender and with normal shipping times and again competitive prices. I don't really know what else to ask for. I am happy staying local didn't bite me and will continue to buy OEM parts and accessories from Extreme Power Sports.

I purchased a Sportsman 110 for my Son for Christmas. Purchasing experience was just fine. 7 months later, the ATV does not operate properly. Took it in for service, and that is where the poor service begins. After nearly 2 months, they had still not fixed the ATV after being told multiple times it was being repaired. Got the ATV back finally, and it Still Does Not Run! Long story short, if you purchase from here, find a different place for Service or Repairs.

Extremely impressed with the service! We live over 4 hours away and chose to purchase our 2023 Pioneer 1000 from them over several dealers due to the exceptional service. Nolan answered every question we had with no hesitation and Brandee in finance was amazing!!!! Hands down, best buying experience ever. We picked her up today and were greeted with smiling faces and felt so welcome. Love the hot lap game that they use to introduce the whole team! Highly recommend!
