Very nice selection with knowledgable and caring staff. Rick was not pushy and merely guided us with zero pressure. He had expansive knowledge of all boats and helped us pick the right pontoon for our family. Mark was also super friendly and took care of us as well. I was so impressed with this business and staff, that I am posting my 1st review ever. I was interested in a boat listed on their pre-owned inventory. I met with Rick who went above and beyond in assisting me and even measured the boat to ensure it would fit in my garage. They performed a complete maintenance service and inspection of the boat which included changing fluids and plugs at no cost to me. My purchase price was on the lower end of the boat spectrum, but I was treated like I bought a 100K boat..they guaranteed my used boat would be road and water ready when I pulled off the lot and it was..great boat buying experience!

I recently bought a used boat from Extreme Sport Boats. As a first time boat owner I was very nervous. They delivered our boat to our newly rented slip on Beaver Lake and we immediately had problems with the motor cutting out and losing power. It took almost three weeks and two trips by the dealership to pick up our boat and take it to the shop for repairs. So with all that, why the five star review? From the salesman who sold us the boat (Rick), to the mechanic who picked it up and worked on it (Ricky) to the manager (Mike), we were continually assured that they would not abandon us and they would get our boat working like it should. And they followed through with their promise and got our new (used) boat running great! Their customer service was what you hope a local dealership would have.

Was interested in the Vexus boat and Rick sure made the pitch that he was going to check into the pricing for me and get back to me. Never had a call back or any follow up. Extreme was extremely disappointing for me.
