5-Star customer service. I just placed an order on a Friday afternoon for next day air and shortly after placing the order they called me to let me know that they don't offer Saturday delivery and that the actual delivery would be Monday. I did not anticipate Saturday delivery but really appreciate how quickly they called to inform me of when my expedited shipment would be delivered.

Incorrect part came, and I didn’t realize that till I opened the box. They won’t accept responsibility for the wrong part sent, completely put the blame on me saying “ I ordered the wrong part”
Customer service hung up on me when I tried to get compensated and they have refused to exchange the part or give me a refund. The sad part about this situation is that I was trying to surprise my wife with a gift after battling cancer!
Please be aware of this company and their policies before ordering. I am now out $190.00 plus dollars and it may not seem much to some, but to me it’s all I had.

Ordered the 2” ended up with the 1.5” which is what I originally wanted anyways so I’m fine with them, installed them on my 2000 f350 7.3l 4wd truck, they seem fine driving, hopefully they hold up, haven’t towed with them yet but would like to soon!

the adapters they sent don’t fit as described. ordered 135 to 5.5 and received 5.5 to 5.5

very similar to what other people here have mentioned. here’s a screenshot of their customer service rep. wish i could post the entire exchange

edit : additionally you can see in the pictures that i did measure as they described in their response here. read a few other reviews below and you will see other customers have experienced the same. anyway the wrong adapters being sent wasn’t as big of a problem as being called a scammer and being cursed at by the customer service for requesting a return.

Premium quality adapters.

Ordered on the website got some 5x5.5" to 8x6.5" Wheel Adapters, came in 2 days. Kind of blown away by the shipping speeds.

Adapters super high quality aluminum and they're anodized with a cool brushed finish. Worked for my car. Would recommend this company to anybody
