We drove from Tucson, AZ and arrived at Big Lake and found out we lost our plug to the boat. We thought the trip was going to be a bust but we arrived to EZE Trailer on a Saturday morning and they were helpful and had the correct plug for us which let us continue our fishing trip. Thank you!

It would be AMAZING IF IT WAS EVER OPEN! Have stopped a few times in business hours and it’s always closed. No wonder the same boats are always on the lot.
Their lost sales are someone else’s good fortune. Lost a $60,000 sale.

What a piece of c--p store. They dont seem to want any business. They don't answer the phone. Someone please open a boat shop in show low and run these people out of business

While when I first walked in I was skeptical due to the bad reviews I and very happy to say that they are definitely incorrect I walked around the lot for a little while and Someone came out to me to help and ask what I wanted they were very receptive and answered all of my questions clearly they seemed quite busy but despite this they stoped what they were doing to help me and I am very glad this is the boat shop that I went to highly recommended they have a variety of different boats they are seemingly backed up due to something with there provider but despite that I was able to leave my motor with them they said it was gonna be a upwards of 2-3 weeks! But I received a call about 2 weeks later saying that my motor was done and was in running condition, when I got there they ran the Motor for me and when I went to pick it up and throw it in my truck a boy picked it up and nicely put it in my truck told me a couple points that his boss and already told me which I was thankful for because I wasn’t 100% sure all in all great experience highly recommended for your boat trailer or motor needs

Been to this place twice to get a replacement trailer hub. Worst customer service I have experienced on the mountain and that says a lot. Sorry I disrupted your 22oz corona but I thought I was walking into a business. Now heading down to the valley to get some real customer service. Would not spend a dollar in this shop and would recommend your hard earning money go to a place that is at least helpful.

I don’t usually rate companies. I had to let people know about this one. This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I do not recommend them in any way. Please talk with someone who has used them before you trust them with your boat. Run...don’t walk away.

this place is one of the few places in Show Low where you can get boats fixed or buy trailers. They even have a few boat motors in there for sale. Be very clear whenever you take something there to get fixed how much it's going to cost because the price seems to go up there every time you check.
