I have purchased 5 bikes from them and have recommended multiple friends who have all bought bikes here. Dan is my go to guy, super chill and no pressure sales guy. He's there to help if you need it and they don't come over and bug you if your just looking around, which for me is appreciated, I'm in the camp that if I need help I'll ask for it. Every purchase I've made was cheaper than any other shops listed price and ultimately that's most important. When purchasing they have it down to an extremely efficient process, it's never taken longer than 30 min for me. They offer a discount on all in store items after making a vehicle purchase which is great, buy your first oil change items during this window. All my friends have had great a experience and so have I, good deals, good service, no pressure or salesman attitudes and quick processing. Can't ask for more honestly.

Sales was great. Juan didnt try to upsale me or anything, even when I expressed quick intrest on a bigger bike. However, service is not. I think there was a miscommunication with sales and service. I was told that first OIL change is free. I usually do it myself, but free? Who can turn that down. I called service, telling them that I needed my first oil change for my brand new bike (2025). They mustve took it as first service. I wasnt going to go to them for service bc their prices are crazy. I show up, saying I'm here for my oil change. I never got an oil change done before, Ive always just done it myself so idk how much they usually cost, but that number I saw was big. I questioned them on it, found out they were doing a 1st service not just an oil change. On top of that they said they don't do any service free, discounted at best. And the guy I spoke to has very little customer service skills and doesnt seem to care ab the major miscommunication there was (huge price difference). He was also the guy is spoke with one the phone. I never said 1st service, I said 1st oil change. I just wanted the oil change. Cause I was told it was free! Would not go back again for their service department, but would totally go back for buying a new bike. B&B cycle pro up north is better price and more trustworthy people for service. Ugh I feel like ripping my hair out.

My fiancé just bought a bike, this will be his first motorcycle, and we were a little nervous coming in and possibly being judged for not having any experience riding… Well Jaun put us at ease and explained everything very thoroughly. He was great and answered all our questions. He even said we could call him anytime if we had any other questions or concerns. It’s obvious Jaun truly loves what he does and cares about his customers. This guy seriously deserves a raise!
