What a terrible establishment. I buy a $40k truck and I just asked for 2 very minor repairs, nothing else. The Salesman, Chris, says no problem at all, these will be repaired for you. So I make an appointment to get the agreed upon repairs. And let me just say it was just a 2 inch black scuff on the outside with the protective adhesive that cracked. And a tiny rip in the back seat leather. Easy, no problem at all right? Well I drive 6 hours back up to the dealership for my appointment and I’m not sure they even touched the outside needed repair. It looks exactly the same. Valerie, the service manager, literally agrees with me that it looks terrible but proceeds to say that I only signed for a touch up and they will be seen so there is nothing they can do for me. So I look at the receipt in my hand and it says REPAIR. She goes oh no that’s not what the other paper says.. like wtf… so I take it back to Chris who made the deal with me and he says “why the f would they do that” Then the sales lead in GMC proceeds to tell me there is nothing they can do for me. They are acting like they need to completely rebuild the truck. This was a very minor repair. I’ll see you in court and the judge is going to laugh at you. This picture is the “repair” the DEALERSHIP accomplished.. looks exactly the same as before. All this over a 2 inch mark. It’s unreal and they won’t be getting away with this.

Alex was great to work with. Open and honest about the whole negotiation process. Listen to what we needed and what was expected. He went to work for us and we made a deal. The managers were amazing as well. I believe it was the sales manager and financial manager. They all stayed late after closing hour to get the sale completed same day.

When I visited to get service, I came across Jeremy Gonzalez the Service Advisor, and he was awesome! He made sure to run through everything with me and made sure I understood every single thing. I'm not very knowledgeable with cars so he broke it down for me. I really appreciated that! For that alone, I give him 5 stars! Would like for him to take care of me again when I go back.
