Quick and easy experience. Polite lady running register helped us save money by signing up for a phone number and we immediately got 10% off our purchase! Store was clean and easy to navigate, I had my service dog with me and the store was very accessible to us. Overall, we had a great shopping trip 🙂

Horrible service!! They closed for lunch 5-5:30 which is ok and totally understandable so we waited outside while they opened since it was already 5:20. At 5:28 the lady in pink came up to the door and told us to go away and when we tried asking if they would reopen at 5:30 she began to bang the door pointing at the sign. Which of course confused us because why would she tell us to leave if they were going to reopen in just a few minutes. We decided to wait and when she noticed my brother and I along with 7 others were waiting outside she began to walk around the store then heading to the back and finally opening at 5:40. Once we went inside I heard them talking about how we wouldn’t leave and when I asked them for another size they told me the back was completely empty so they couldn’t check sizes for me which could have been true so then I just made my way to the register. Once there the employee in pink stood in front of her two co workers at the register where they all had us wait about 10min while they were done talking. Once I was helped the other employee was really frustrated and speaking really loud to us.
Really rude I would have left to avoid all that but was only there to get my younger sibling her Christmas present.

Worst customer service! I went in to purchase some shoes for my son. I checked online and it showed it was available in store. When I arrived they told me they didn't have it on the floor so I j
had to order them online. So I ordered them at the register. My husband then checked the website again and they had them available for pick it so he decided to place an order. Sure enough the order was ready within the hour. They had them in stock all along but the girl was too lazy to walk her butt to the back and check! So basically order for pickup at this place. You will get no where by walking into the store and asking for assistance. The girl seen my son cry over these shoes and didn't even care to walk to the back and see if they had any in stock. Even when the computer showed they did have them.

Do not accept no box, no receipt returns even though the policy says they can. There are other ways to verify purchase and you can be given at least merchandise credit as long as there is proof that the shoes exist in the system. You’ll only get the current selling amount but the ride employee didn’t even let me finish my sentence before cutting me off stating she will not do the return because “there’s no way I can return these shoes with no receipt so I know you didn’t steal them” what kind of a person says that to a customer or even a person. I just left because she was ready to argue with me and I was not up for arguing with someone who either doesn’t know their own policy or won’t accommodate to the customer as their policies and trainings teach them how to be.
