Outstanding service from the team. Mohammad is truly a good genuine honest guy. He offered me option on my tires and was able to give me the best deal around. I went to 6 different places and they didn't have the tires in stuck or the price was way too high.

Fantastic place. Went to fix a tire that had a screw on the tread. Arrived at 5:30pm on a Friday. They were on it quick. Super friendly. Had it fixed and I was out the door by 5:42pm. Amazingly fast and reasonable price for the fix $30. Highly recommend!

“FAST TRACK” Service ! I ordered tires online and was looking for tire shop to mount them. I call many places like Wheel Works, Big O Tires but, they didn’t responded me. I went to Fast Track Tire Service without appointment and they took care of it within 30 minutes. I was very happy with the service and price. Would recommend to everyone !

This place is off the wall. Awesome! See I'm financially strapped right now and I just got a flat on the 101. I knew I couldn't go so far on a flat so I pulled over on the first exit that I saw which was Whipple Avenue. I came snailing in to a tire shop I didn't know about. I spoke to the first rep I saw and his name was Mo. I also met an installer named Hugo and let me tell you these guys were awesome as in awesome sauce. Like I said I was financially strapped and didn't have much money and he gave me such a good deal on my tire that I had enough to purchase two. Never since I've had my vehicle which is an Audi. Never have I been able to find low prices on tires like I was offered today! These gentlemen were very professional and expedient in installing my tires. I was back on the road in no time. I recommend FasTrack to anyone who wants to receive excellent service? Thank you Mo and Hugo for making my day so much brighter!

EDIT: Editing my review to from 3 stars to one star. Hitting a curb or pothole might bend a rim or damage a tire, but it won’t cause lug nuts to loosen unless they were already improperly installed. The response from the shop sounds like an attempt to deflect blame, especially since this is a safety-critical issue. So there response to my comment is invalid.
At first I was not going to contact the Better Business Bureau but I will now after that response is crazy.

I only give it 3 stars because the convenience.

After a month my tires were vibrating I was thinking it was because I had a flat spot 2-3 months later I go to replace the tires at a different tire shop they told me before working on the car that I was missing a lug nut and could cause imbalance and vibrations as well.

I had them last serviced here at fast track tire. I called calmly asking about the situation. I was told it was not possible because it has never happened before. We are humans mistakes happen but when I asked him what we could do about the situation. I was told to come buy a lug nut for $3 off of him. I said to him it was not my fault. He insisted the lug nut is $3 and to go buy it from him. Told me that it probably already came in like that since he had no missing lug nuts there at the shop and asked me if it fell off like if I’m supposed to know what there mistake is. I was never told before that I was missing a lug nut and never had that problem before with any other shop. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I asked him respectfully “what are you doing?” I kept asking him why he can’t take the $3 hit on the profit he made off of me after the hassle of him irritating me he realized that he should just give me the lug nuts for free. I declined for the fact that I don’t want any problem to come from this do not feel comfortable with them touching my lug nuts. Me repairing my tires in the past and recently spending over $200 on a tire and already recommended 2 friends I will not recommend having them touch your lug nuts as far for the tires they seem to know how to do that part of the job only reason I give him 3 stars is because they just need to learn something from this next mistake they can’t own up to will lose my business completely.

Fast Track Tire & Auto Service saved me! I got a screw in my tire at 7pm on a Saturday night and the air was rapidly leaking. I called them and they answered right away and assured me that I could come right in to have it repaired (so I didn't have to buy a new, expensive tire). We arrived 10 minutes later, didn't wait at all, they patched the tire quickly, and even filled all of my tires so they were all even. I drove away with a repaired tire 15 minutes later. It was so easy and such a relief!! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Very communicative crew, the shop is small but they do a variety of different things other than just tires. Got myself a set of tires from them to install on my new set of wheels. Very reasonable pricing and the quality of work is way above par. I highly recommend them! Much appreciated.
