Do not rent a car in this place! You won’t get your full deposit back. As I called multiple times saying I am going to return the car later then expected, they agreed and said there’s no extra charge before returning it on 7:00pm, but later called me saying that it needs extra charges. And after I confirmed with them saying I called in earlier and you guys informed me I don’t need to pay extra if I return it before 7:00. They still charged me 100dollars after I returned it on 6:00pm, they didn’t even have a clue about when did I return the car and what car I rented. They said they will return the deposit into the same account where they received it from but then saying that they are afraid to return it because it’s not the same name as the driver, but they should know since I told them when I was renting it. I had a horrible experience with this company and the staff do not know anything! They have all reasons not to give you the full refund.

I walked into the office & all 3 employees immediately stopped what they were doing. I told the lady at the desk I was interested in renting a vehicle. A guy walked out from the back and said it would be $1,500 deposit before even asking what I was looking for. The woman on the phone gave me a totally different quote. When I left a woman told me that they’re Racist 🤷🏽‍♂️

Very good car rental shop! Wide variety of options, from sedans to luxury cars and even RVs! Simon and Yimo are very polite and helpful! Highly recommended, especially for Asians!

I had really bad experience today. The rent price was totally different from when we asked from the phone, and they don’t respect customer. They said “ why you can’t afford this much it was only $200 more?” They are not professional and this is worst rent car company ever.

I am a car guy, and I have been playing around with cars for over 10 years, including modifying and racing.

I was helping a friend to rent a family sedan and they showed me two BMW 330i, the first one after checking had desirable options and a good price, I went in and paid for the 3-week rent including the insane $1000 deposit they asked, just to come out thinking I am driving away the car until they told me it is a reserved car, and they can't rent me that one anymore.

The second 330i is going to be the replacement, with similar specs, however, all 4 tires have worn down past the indication mark, winter and spring are the rainy seasons in CA, and the staff told me "It is still good, and it is gonna be alright". Absolutely throwing customers' safety down the drain, not even giving an option of replacing service before pick up.

At that point, I was beyond disappointed, so after 2 hours wasted, I decided to ask for a refund and just find another rental place. Coincidently, the owner drove into the parking lot and drove aggressively passed us, jumped out, and told us we could rent another almost brand-new 2023 Mercedes A220. I assume the staff called him in to deal with the situation. The A220 wasn't bad, one concern is the mismatching brand tires, and the 5-year-old tire in the back with cracks on the sidewalls. Usually, that isn't a big concern for a 3-week rental, but with all the dishonesty from the company and the staff's unprofessional and also fishy behaviors, there is just no way to do business with them.

Avoid them at all costs, period

Good car rental ,I’m from Las Vegas and I no idea how the car market in Los Angeles look like, everyone treat my like there family explain everything to me well, Staff there are very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable , I borrowed a GPS cable from them with no extra Charges. Can also returned car 1 hour late with no issues. ..Next time if I will visit Los Angeles.. sure to rent from them again..
