I highly recommend this business the prices are great the car was very comfortable and gas friendly. Erica is pleasant and her professionalism is over the top. I rented a car from this company . The month ends next Friday but we couldn't keep it until the month ends and we will pay the overage as we always have. They also would not use my deposit. Now I have Divorce Court on Wed of next week and Dr. Appt on Monday. They absolutely would not rent us a car. They were averaging according to other weeks but there will be far less miles as my son is off. No one would listen as the overage is due next week and I was planning on paying it with my disability on the 3rd of October. Also when I rented it they told me 125 miles free per day. Well little did I find out that its 125 a day but only 600 a week. How is $125 x 7 add up to 600. These people are a fraud demanding money before the month is over (next Friday) and quoting $125 a day. At no time until the first week did they tell me its only 600 miles per week. This is a money making procedure charging for services not rendered and how do you know how many miles it will be over that has always been paid immediately. My car is totalled and looking for a new one. At 125 miles a day which as a CPA that adds up to 875 miles per week. If you rent from these people read everything very carefully as they get you to sign fast so you can't read it. What a farce!!!!!

I rented a fifteen passenger van to go to South Carolina. The price to rent it was way cheaper than the Franchise renter places like Enterprise. The van drove good and even got good gas mileage. The staff was friendly and explained everything to me when I went in to get a quote prior to deciding which rental agency to go with.

When reading their prices on their first page Google website ad I was told on the phone that they don't use those prices anymore and I told them they should probably change their website then because we were talking a $20 hike on everything a day that's a pretty big difference so basically they're saying they're half the price of Enterprise to get you to call so they can tell you that they're not. Also woman on phone was extremely rude and acted as if she had better things to do than help a customer would not recommend to anyone call Enterprise call Hertz call anyone else do not call them

They are a joke. The people who are saying they are cheaper than any where else is wrong. I assume they never rented cars before because this place is considerably higher and they have too many requirements. I only came here cuz other places were booked. I ended up driving to Opelika for a rental. I still paid $250 LESS than I would have here with far more benefits.
