New in town from Vegas so glad I found a good tire shop after searching 3-4 .. if you’re ever just traveling through and need some service ask for Jr, we were offered a payment arrangement plan too if your on a budget what best offer when it’s already been a tough move. I was up in North County last weekend and stopped into Figueroa's Tires in Atascadero because I thought I had a flat tire. Art took a look at my tires and determined the tire pressure was too low and that fixed my pressure warning ⚠️ light issue. And he did that at no charge which I am very grateful for. Thought I'd throw a sticker on my ride to show support, and I will definitely be going to Figueroa's for my tire needs in the future. Great Service and they had a sick pair of wheels that I liked too. 🙌👍😎

I was attracted to this place originally because they had competitive prices for brake jobs. After they installed new front brakes & rotors, my car immediately started making a clicking noise. Brought it back and they ensured me it was the rears this time. Paid for those to get installed, car still made clicking noise anytime after pressing the brake pedal. They then told me it was the engine mounts. I paid for them to install new OEM engine mounts and clicking noise still didn't go away. After messaging them they ghosted me and I never bothered to come back due to their poor customer service.

I brought it to a different place that was able to fix the clicking noise by installing new front brakes. I let it go and never reached out to get my money back (I still have the faulty front brakes and rotors they installed on my vehicle in my garage)

However, I was shopping at a local thrift store when I overheard a conversation of this older gentleman that experienced the same clicking noise after paying for a brake job at Figueroa's Tires. He was livid that he had to go through so much trouble for this place to correct the problems they had caused on his vehicle. I am now writing this review to warn others: DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE IN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO GET MESSED WITH.

Cheap work ain't good and good work ain't cheap. I learned my lesson. Don't waste your money on this shop.

Called on a Saturday. Owner told me no appointment needed. Was able to come in minutes later. Got 33’s installed on the truck in under a hr. For an amazing price. Great service and very nice crew. Art was very helpful with finding me exactly what I wanted. Will be back

I went here for years when it was Ernie's and was always happy. I went back to give the new owner a try and was very disappointed. I had a nail in the tire, and he did a quick patch. It still leaked, so I took it back. They said the patch wasn't leaking, so they didn't fix anything. Went to another shop to get it fixed. It was a valve stem, but it still needed fixing.

I'll never be back.

My first visit but not my last, had 4 new tires plus a R&R spare tire.
That job went quickly and effortlessly. Figueroa’s is the classic knuckle buster tire crew and true to their word.

Used to be our reliable tire shop until they messed up the suspension of our truck and messed up the sensors on our car. They had us take the car to ford and 5 days later ford confirmed they messed up the car. Then didn’t want to be liable for it. Lost a loyal customer. Don’t come here unless you want your car/truck to be messed with.
