As a surveyor, I work with many mechanics and service personnel. I was quite impressed with Gary and his team with the mechanical survey of the Zeus Drives as well as the Cummins Diesels. Very Professional and explains the operation of the system to the buyer of the vessel and upfront as to the care and frequency of servicing these drives. I had an urgent situation with a pod trim tab and FWM handled the entire job: arranged the haul-out with the yard (Safe Harbor shout out), two day’d my part from the east coast, replaced the actuator and had me back in the water less than a week from when I contacted them. I can't say enough good things about Karl and his entire team. I've had a difficult time finding a quality marine mechanic who is responsive and timely. This team is exceptional at communicating and getting the work done right and on time. I needed repairs to my Mercury outboard and Robert, Gary and Brian were right on it! A test drive was conducted one day after I called (very timely for boat repairs!) and within a week all parts had arrived and the service was completed. I truly appreciated Robert's phone calls keeping me informed and when I called their office, they actually answered their phone versus other places where you play phone tag for days. The written estimate was very detailed, so I knew the price ahead of work being completed. Brian took time explaining the repairs needed and now my motor works and sounds like new!

It is difficult to get any service these days and schedules can be booked solid months out. I had 2 mechanics try to get my engine running with no success. Robert did a great job of quickly finding the problem and locating the part on the east coast. Got me back on the water within a week! Rates are in line with the market.
