I was traveling from the Suburbs of Philadelphia to California for work.On a Sunday, while at a rest stop, my timing belt went in Williams, AZ. I had my car towed to a nearby auto shop. I couldn't find a rental. I was able to rent a Chevy Traverse from Flagstaff. Brad went above and beyond to pick me up from LaQuinta so that I can pick up a rental from Flagstaff Rent A Car. In Flagstaff, AZ if you are not coming in on an Airline, you can't rent a car. Flagstaff Rental was my only option. I rented the SUV. It was supposed to be for 1 week but turned into 3 weeks. Brad from Flagstaff even was kind enough to pick up the rental from the LaQuinta. I can't thank Flagstaff Car Rentals enough. A little pricey but otherwise, I have no complaints at all.

I had the best experience with this company. I came in on Amtrak they had my car waiting. Then my car was a little too small with my family. They meet us on a Saturday stayed a little late to accommodate me. Made everything so easy. Best car rental I’ve ever worked with. Thanks so much.

Justin was extremely helpful after both Hertz/Enterprise cancelled existing reservations. Do NOT rent from the national brands in Flagstaff. Flagstaff Car Rental even delivered the car to the airport for ease of pickup and was very reasonable, detailed, and efficient. Thx u!!!

Beyond blessed...excellent service, excellent price, excellent vehicle selection. Brad came through for us when Alamo, Avis, Enterprise and Budget could not provide a large capacity vehicle for one way drop off. We definitely recommend this place and want to say a special thank you for taking excellent care of us. He provided a shuttle to pick us up from Flagstaff airport on time while many others passengers were left standing in line at the airport rental agencies.
Last minute request, Brad made it happen to provide a vehicle for one way drop off for our son to drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff. Our son was able to locate the vehicle just as Brad described.
Top notch service! A great way to begiiur vacation.

After going back and forth trying to decide which rental agency to use we read reviews on the Flagstaff Rental Car. Our train was supposed to come in after hours. I called Flagstaff Rental Car and talked with Brad. He made sure we had the vehicle that would work best for us and had it waiting for us in the train station parking lot. It was just as convenient to return our rental too. I would definitely recommend them and I would rent from them again. Thanks Brad for exceptional service.

Flagstaff car rental were extremely helpful in our time of need when our flight was canceled and there were no taxis or rental cars at the airport. We all were stranded not knowing what to do. Brad came over upon a passenger’s request and took three of us at Flagstaff Rental Agency. Brad was quick, no nonsense and didn’t take an advantage of our situation like others are saying that there are hidden fees. At least I haven’t seen the charges, yet. My experience that Brad was helpful and kind. Next time I’m there I’m not renting from Avis or anyone but from Brad, Thank You!

I was very impressed with the services by the car rental owner, Brad. The convenient two locations, one in Flagstaff and one near the Phoenix airport , make our Arizona trip very pleasant. Brad's caring and detailed instructions you can not find from larger rental places. When his employee was not available to drop us to the airport, Brad, the owner of the business, worked till 8:00pm to drop us off himself on a Saturday night. I am very impressed and warmed by his kindness.

I rented 3 passenger vans from three different companies for my wedding. At the other two companies, everything went smoothly. At Flagstaff Rental Car, despite being quoted the highest price of the three, it was a nightmare, and then I was charged more than 3x what I was quoted.

I went into the the physical office to make my reservation, and talked through the reservation with one of their staff. They seem to operate strictly on paper records. I asked for a confirmation of the reservation, and the employee hand wrote the information about the reservation on one of their business cards. The reservation was a one day reservation starting on Saturday, to be returned on Sunday.

Fast forward, one my friends went to pick up the van on that Saturday, and they said there are actually no returns on Sundays. No after hour returns, either. So, we'd need to return it on Monday. Meanwhile, I was leaving for my honeymoon and the driver was also going out of town. I found someone else to return the van on Monday, and then I got billed for 3 days plus gas at $15.25/gallon. Apparently, the third day charge was for additional 3 hours because the person we found to return it wasn't there first thing in the morning.

I went back in to ask if we could work some sort of compromise because their employee gave me incorrect information. They said I had to speak with the manager, and he wasn't in. So, I called back and spoke to the manager, Brad.

Brad didn't listen to me at all and told me a story about an, "elderly gentleman" who didn't care about the fuel charges when he returned it, even though it was a woman who returned our vehicle.

I am glad there are enough other options in town that I will never have to return to Flagstaff Rental Car.
