We love this RV resort! Have stayed here twice with our 42' 5th wheel and will be back. Every site has an amazing ocean view. Sites are nice and wide with a concrete patio, picnic table and propane fire pit. Small enclosed dog park on the property (lowest terrace) and beautiful dog beach right across the street. They have plans for a restaurant and pool, but not built yet. Plenty of good restaurants in the area though! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The terracing provides the amazing views, but the one downside is that the park isn't as "walkable" as a flat property. Lots of up and down hill. Worthwhile trade off for this view though! Note: I couldn't rate the rooms because I haven't seen inside the cabins.

Flying Flags Avila Beach is an all around great experience. My wife and I stayed here for the first time back in July of 2024 in a yurt and loved it! The yurts are great for couples. We have a baby now, so we decided to go with the premium cabin this time around for better comfort for our baby and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience once again! The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the views were simply unmatched! The sunrise is a MUST SEE, so if you're planning to stay here be sure to check the sunrise time and get up early to witness it. This is a 5 star experience, and I will surely be back again soon.

Amazing views! Close enough to town, yet far enough away to make it peaceful and relaxing. It’s just a short bike ride into town or the pier, and if you don’t mind a little longer ride, See Canyon is beautiful!. The car tent sites are really the best value though.

I read your policy on pets but the only thing that missing in your policy is service animals that help people with disability rights. My wife and I are Army veteran who have a service dog that helps us with our disability and we appreciated if you're company can fix your policy on putting welcome service animals.

The location, view, and thoughtfully designed property are outstanding - but the staff make it that much better. Everything is really new, and feels really luxe. This was one of my favorite places to be when I was in college at Cal poly so Avila Beach is really special to me. To see this property go up with so many flexible options from tent and car camping to cabins and RV hook ups it will suit whatever I need anytime I come back. I am so impressed and can’t wait to go back.

The most stunning RV Park location! The park is also quiet and serene, so much so that we could hear the waves and the lively sea lions. All of the sites have oceans views and are far enough away from your neighbors to have some peace and quiet. Our site was equipped with a large gas firepit, a clean picnic table and it was free from debris. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate as well. Every employee we encountered from checking to check out was friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Best view of the beach and ocean, every spot has the best view! Love this facility, staff very friendly, well kept and very low key. It's a great get away spot for adults. Central location to go to Pismo, Morro Bay or just stroll through town and enjoy the local food.

Hands down the best camp site we’ve ever visited. The attention to detail, large sites, incredible views, propane fire pits and gorgeous landscaping were a few of the things we loved. Beach and restaurants close by but the resort still manages to feel secluded. The staff are lovely and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book some time here!
