Very slow to respond to repair requests and other things. Very rude neighbors as well. The locks were changed in the middle of my divorce and I couldn't go in to retrieve my items. They were badly damaged because of it. I had always heard this was a terrible area for black people to live in and I see exactly why.

Nice quiet mobile home park with clean yards and good people. Not your typical trailer park. My mother in law lives here and they never have any trouble. Kids are even safe playing outside. Also has paved roads and street lights
