Worst place to buy a vehicle. Bought a 2015 dodge grand caravan from them listed as a good reliable family vehicle and hasn't been nothing but problem after problem since the day after I bought it. If you call and explain to them they just say it's not their problem. Wish I could give 0 stars for this place. Do not buy from them. You'll just have one headache after another.

I found a escalade that these people had listed on marketplace.
1. Took 2 days to respond with a VIN #. after seeing message.
2. They listed the vehicle as a 2008. When I ran it, it came back as a 2007.
3. Chris said he would do a walk around video with me of the vehicle, or send additional pictures at 8am the following day. He did not!
4. When I called him to ask why he didn't call as promised, he said he would do the video in 30 minutes. Never heard from him.
I RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS BY ANY MEANS!!!
I have filed several complaints with marketplace against them. I also will be contacting the BBB.

Do not get your oil changed here. They use impacts on oil plugs and strip them out. It's happened twice to just one vehicle alone. My son tried to change the oil on his Fiancé's car and couldn't get the drain plug out, even using a 10" breaker bar, because the plug is so tight it won't budge. That's ridiculous. Also, if you spill oil in the engine bay, show some courtesy and CLEAN IT UP!!! ALSO DON'T USE IMPACTS ON DRAIN PLUGS!!!!!

Went to check out a car and not a single salesman came to talk to us. One actually went inside and hid. Very hard to communicate, both over the phone and in person.

Would not recommend getting a vehicle here I bought a 2015 silverado said it was in perfect condition I test drove it twice about a day later started throwing lights and Started having problems with it starting took it to the dealer and they told me that codes had been cleared and need a new starter and ecu put in

I called this dealer about a vehicle they had, salesperson agreed to a price and told me he would hold it into I could get there. I took off work for the rest of the day and after leaving home got a call that it was sold. Not the way to do business.

Would not recommend......They're only out to make money, doesn't care if the vehicle leaves you stranded or not. Those cars are good looking LEMONS.....PLEASE STEER CLEAR!!
