I was recently riding through Arkansas while traveling from Pennsylvania to Oklahoma when I had an issue with my shifter linkage. I attempted a roadside repair but I needed parts. Thankfully, I was able to limp to Fort Smith H-D to see if they could get me back on the road. Since it was already the afternoon and I wasn't sure that they would have what I needed in stock, I figured I would have to grab a hotel for the night. They got my bike straight into the shop and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. To top it off, they had an event going on, so they had lots of great food for me to enjoy while I waited. Everyone was super friendly and I had a great time chatting with everyone.

I stopped in and I was asked if I had an appointment. No, I just need a price on some tires. What size? I said I don't know." I'll go look". He wouldn't even get off his @@@... I was told that even if you're a millionaire, we will not work on your bike because of our insurance. I just needed a price on some tires. Now I'm not the smartest but if I had left there and had an accident. They're not about the people who ride. They are about the name. That bike is a victory. MADE IN USA...

Wonderful, helpful people here. Everyone was so nice. We had a tire problem when we arrived. They were closing but got us right in first thing the next day. We had a great cup of custom-made coffee and good conversation in the lounge while we waited. Free bottled water too. Nice job! #harleydavidson #wheresjojo

Was a great experience buying my 2024 Road King. The team here was kind and respectful. Bo helped with any questions I had. Jeremy in the parts department was very helpful and he was the reason I bought the bike. Went in for a part for my 05 Road King, and he showed me the 24, and told me all about it, so I came back and got it. Highly recommend.
