Over the course of nearly two months, I had the privilege of working closely with Heather as I navigated the journey toward renting a beautiful home in Novato, California. The journey wasn’t always easy - some potential roadblocks arose on my end, and yet, through it all, Heather remained a paragon of grace, patience, and professionalism.
