I had a great experience with Phil @ Four Seas. He quickly located an out of production EPropulsion Navy Battery (only 2 left in the USA at the time), got it held, ordered and shipped. When I got the battery, it was ship-shape and looks ready to go. When sailing season arrives I look forward to getting it into service.

Finally got a refund through PayPal dispute after 3 months of BS. I called customer service and got: "voice mailbox is full..." When I filed a complaint with ePropulsion, they called me but the person I spoke with from Four Seas sounded totally disorganized.

I am very impressed with the responsiveness and follow-through provided by Phil U. at Four Seas. I have an F-RIB and an EPropulsion Spirit electric outboard, both of which have been perfectly suited for our sailboat in the Med over the past three years. I fold and launch the dinghy from the swim step. The motor components are light and easy to manage at my age. The motor lower unit developed a problem and I decided to replace it, rather than try to have it repaired out of warranty in a remote location. Phil addressed all my questions regarding compatibility of components and is shipping a new lower unit to me in Idaho which I will carry back to the boat in Greece. Five stars!

I normally don't write reviews when it is negative, but I have never experienced anything like this. I placed my order placed mid-August. I have not received nothing. I have emailed 4 times asking for status and have received any response. I've left at least 3 voicemails and have heard nothing. I am not sure if they are no longer in business or what... I finally asked my bank to reimburse the charge.

I have purchased several items from FourSeas over the years. Nabs is extremely knowledgeable and always a great help. Even during the crazy days of COVID, he constantly communicated with me regarding shipping, delivery, etc. I highly recommend FourSeas!

I'm telling you guys, if you don't have a foldable Rib, you need to get one now! By far the best purchase I have ever made, no trailer? No worries! This guys fully deflated folds up and can fit in the back of my tiny ford escape. The people over at Four Seas are so helpful and caring making this buying process a breeze! 5 stars all day long for these guys!

I think this company may have gone under as I have emailed and called multiple times about a need to replace a part on my ePropulsion motor. I’ve yet to hear anything back after multiple weeks.
