I am on my second fully custom build from Devin at Freedom. Both have been absolutely unbelievable. I came in with some very important specifications and a wishlist that was desired but optional. Devin delivered on every single item, and offered significant additional ideas that made the build better than I thought possible. I would never take my bike anywhere else but Freedom!

This place! This place is it! Super responsive super fast super nice. They returned every call. I ordered my parts and waited for them to come in. I tried not to call too much, but I probably did. Nice every time. Parts come in and no joke, they called The Next Day updated and informed and my bike will be done Before the estimated time. Thanks Guys!!!

Most definitely the go to for maintenance and repairs. My bike was left in storage while I was trapped overseas for a few years. This can cause many issues and I did not trust the advice I was seeing from the so-called YouTube experts. I wanted it serviced by professionals and glad I did. The Freedom team performed a thorough check of everything on the bike and got me safely back on the road. I learned some valuable lessons as well. I've had service at other places from garage shops to dealerships and none of them compared to the quality and comradery at Freedom Cycles.

My bike was there 3 weeks before i heard from them about a clutch adjustment, when i finally picked it up the battery died on the spot, came back a few days later for pickup and now my foot break no longer works, my headlight is loose, among a list of other new problems. However, my clutch goes into neutral excellently now. Still not satisfied with my overall experience.
