I drove 3 hours to pick up a very specific used truck we wanted (Tacoma, grey, 6ft bed, no sunroof for extra height and V6 engine). It's 2022 but looks brand new. I worked with Mark and Jeffery and they did a great job. Mark was responsive and helpful to work the deal with me over the phone before I drove up there and Jeffery was kind and sweet to clearly explain to me exactly what I was getting as a first time car buyer. They worked with me to get the price I wanted. The whole team was very sweet. They detailed it, put a full tank of gas in and even offered to buy me some food before I hit the road home.

Such a smooth & easy process buying a car. Terra was amazing and I recommend her to everyone. She’s super down to earth, relatable, and just a sweet, genuine, REAL person. I’m so used to sales people being robot like and this is not the case here at Freeway Toyota. Vincent Sena was the best. He helped me with all my needs recommended brake fluid exchange, kept me up to date with my maintenance. Kept me caught up and plan all the upcoming maintenance. This was my first time here and won’t be my last. I cherish the professionalism and how informed he was of everything. And remember everyone oil is cheap , engines aren’t.

We recently had our first 5k service done here, and even though we didn’t purchase our car from this dealership, we were treated with kindness and professionalism—on a Sunday, no less! Elias provided prompt, excellent service and went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue with the console. He and his team deserve high praise for their efforts.

While waiting, we also took the opportunity to explore their vehicle inventory. They have a solid selection of cars, and while their pricing does seem a bit higher than MSRP, it still feels reasonable. Based on our experience with their service department, I wouldn’t hesitate to consider buying a vehicle from them in the future.

Will update this review if we move forward with a purchase, but so far, we’re impressed with the service department.

We had an amazing experience with Jeff Himes, Hugo Ruiz, and Freeway Toyota of Hanford. Let me start this by saying that I am a challenging person to sell a car to. By the time I go to a dealership, I've done hours of research, I know exactly what I want, I know the price range, the mileage I'm looking for, and so on. To add to this, I was searching the entire western U.S., so dealing with online shopping, vehicle shipping, etc was an extra headache and workload for the dealerships. Many of them told me they weren't currently selling to people out of state.

Purchasing our 2022 Acura MDX took us about 2 years!! Most of this was due to used car prices rising following Covid, and I was waiting for prices to somewhat come back to "normal". I had talked to numerous dealerships before Freeway. Each time I would let them know how far off we were on the price, and I would offer ideas of how to make up that difference (i.e.: I didn't want free oil changes/ car washes for life because I was often looking at cars for sale in different states). And each time they would offer some poor reasoning of why they couldn't drop on their price.

With Freeway Toyota, Hugo assured me they would work with me and would make the deal work. I didn't believe him. But he talked with his supervisor, Jeff Himes, and MUCH TO MY SURPRISE they actually worked with me, and found a way to make the price work.

Hugo was very professional and responsive during our back and forth over email and phone calls. Jeff Himes was OUTSTANDING!! Jeff worked with me by looking at multiple shipping options, including shipping the car ¾ of the distance and me meeting them to pick up the vehicle, just so I could save more money. Jeff is a rock star, and deserves an award for putting up with me and answering all my calls and text messages.

Finally, our vehicle arrived in amazing condition. The detail job they did was incredible, and the condition description was 100% accurate. Hugo even had a second detail done just to ensure it was in perfect condition. I cannot say thank you enough to Hugo Ruiz and Jeff Himes for their work and effort.

I have recommended Freeway Toyota to many friends and family, and will definitely go to them for our next vehicle...even though I live in Washington State. They have earned our trust and future business. God bless these guys.
