This was a great experience. Went in several times to look at bikes and was able to test ride a couple different ones. There was no pushy sales pressure. The test rode sold me on the Road Glide. All the staff were great. Once the purchase was done, they did a dealership tour to introduce me to staff in each department. Overall, great experience.

Stopped to make an appointment to have my starter changed on my sportster. Wasnt 100% sure that was the problem. The young man behind the counter was talking to someone so i waited. He stopped his converstion and acted bothered for the interruption. The interuption was initiated by him. I was content to wait. I told him the situation with my bike. He condescendingly said $350 to diagnos. I asked if any of the $350 applies to the repair bill. He proudly said no. Thats to find out whats wrong with it. I left there and went to Mathew's. On the way i thought Harleys suck. But then i encountered the service guys at mathews treated me. I realized Harleys dont suck. Its Fresno Harley Davidson that sucks. Since then ive bought 1 new harley from mathews and plan to purchase another bike this year. Go to Mathews. Way better customer service.

Went to Fresno Harley Davidson and everyone there was awesome. Since this was my first bike they did a poker game with me for some free gear. I won a shirt of my choice and love it! Elijah was very respectful and flexible with my schedule with no pressure. The team there was very kind, inviting, and gave me all the information and tips I needed to know. The manager and sales team got me a great deal and set me up with no worries. I am thankful for the experience and look forward to working with them more in the future. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Harley Dealership.

"Having a 2012 V-Rod, I know parts are limited. Usually I have to order them and wait a week, but when I called in for a new tire they not only had it in stock but got me in same day. Shadow (That's what they called the tech) did an awesome job pointing out issues I didn't know I had and got me out the door with not only the front tire I came in for but also changed brake fluid, clutch fluid, and a new rear tire all done in the same day. I'm impressed and very happy with the service I received. "

How about instead of a copy and pasted response about how you hope you can serve me better in the future you serve me better and figure out why a bolt keeps breaking on my bike that was still at your shop when I wrote the original review?

*Update* picked the bike up, took it home and checked it myself in less than 5 minutes. The side with the broken bolt sits flat, the other side doesn't. I rocked the uneven side back and forth until I hit the flattest spot, already telling me it wasn't sitting flat since I could rock it, and could see light between the parts. I couldn't rock or see light on the other side at all. The issue is the two parts that are joined together with bolts on either side touch slightly in the middle, which creates a fulcrum. If both ends aren't mated perfectly flat where they bolt together, the uneven side rocks a tiny bit and puts strain on the flat side and eventually snaps it. There's a service bulletin I brought to their attention that addresses this but apparently they only checked the side where the bolt broke, the flat side. Thanks for wasting a bunch of my time and gas, I don't live close, and causing way more frustration than was necessary.

The owner took responsibility and apologized for his crew, so at least there's that so I can't give a one star review. Unlike the service department, he didn't treat me like I was being unreasonable for wanting a new bike to not have parts flying off of it.

Original review* Bought a brand new bike. At 5500 miles a bolt snapped. Fresno Harley replaced the bolt under warranty but didn't figure out why it broke. I asked why it broke and the service writer said it must have been loose which didn't make sense to me, a loose bolt would work it's way out. At 11k the same bolt broke again. This is a known issue with this year and model and there's a redesigned part that fixes it. Fresno Harley wanted to just replace the bolt again.

I asked to speak to the service manager, Sampson, and he immediately started treating me like a jerk because I didn't want to accept that the bolt just be replaced. I told him I didn't like that they weren't concerned with figuring out why the bolt was breaking. He said they were concerned with why it was breaking. He said they would call HD corporate.

They called and HD corporate refused to replace the part because Fresno HD told them it was in spec. Again I asked him why the bolt was breaking. He said he didn't design the bike and that it was ready to be picked up, obviously not concerned with why it was breaking.

Why should they care about one customer or treat them with respect? They have plenty of business, just none from me anymore.
