Needed a part, and they shipped me an exact OEM replacement. It arrived next business day. Needed some special order parts and they had them ready for pickup in two business days. Awesome service!

Had an issue with charging my bike. Fulgora had it diagnosed within two business days, gave me some options to charge/repair, and swapped out my rear tire for me. Great shop!

Excellent experience buying my new 2020 SR/f Premium. I had visited the dealership before the relocation for service on my 2017 DS. Never was there any pressure to buy and Jay the owner was very open and honest with answers to questions and concerns about the bikes and his experiences and knowledge of electrics. Compared to my experience with other dealers, the zero showroom is very customer friendly. No fuss customer experience. They provide the bikes for test rides and do not force you or convince you to buy one. They give you the time and freedom to make the choice yourself. I had a good experience.
Jay is wonderful in working all the way from the demo ride to purchasing the motorcycle and the subsequent servicing.

I purchased a 2022 Zero Fx from Jay and the amazing team from Zero Motorcycles. From the beginning he was communicative, open, and transparent throughout the process. I'm in San Diego County so the process was done virtually and when the bike came in early he called and then delivered it to me at work. I met him the first time when I received the bike and he was just as cool and communicative in person as over the phone. The FX itself is incredible, it fits exactly what I was looking for and I am taking it on it's first trail ride this coming weekend. I highly recommend getting your Motorcycle from them, I will certainly be contacting them again in the future when I'm in the market for a new dedicated street bike to supplement my new awesome dual sport.

I lived and worked in Orange for many years. I moved away, but I thought I would call to get a quote on a Zero. I was told that is not how I should get a quote, I couldn't order the bike I wanted, and they couldn't figure out why I would attempt to order from this location. Then they put the phone down instead of using the hold button to talk for several minutes. I hung up.

I ordered from another dealer and got the exact bike I wanted at a good price.
