Picked up a new motorcycle from Vinnie at GA Motorsports. Great service. He was great to work with. Meagan lead me through the paperwork and purchase. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of this team. Excellent dealership. The new facility is fantastic as well. Thank you very much.

Let me start by saying the service department was the only understanding and helpful part of this 5 month adventure for me. Taylor H is super understanding and it's clear that he wants to help while also just wanting the best for his department. The other two departments I am disappointed in.

5 months ago I took a spill and choose this place to get replacement parts, specifically I messed up a side faring a flasher and a brake petal. I ordered the brake petal and replaced the part myself, the other two parts I did through GA motorsports due to problem with the flasher, I had them run a diagnosis because I couldn't figure it out. Short of it is I ended up ordering a new flasher

Both parts were backlogged about a month
After the month I got the call that both parts were delivered, however when I went in for service the wrong panel was ordered.

I was charged to pay the restocking fee for the OEM part, that the parts department even admitted they made a mistake. The corrected panel was backlogged to the next month.

Never received a call about the panel next month, so I called them and was told that it was pushed back an extra month.

When I did get the call about the panel, it was stated that the flasher bulb they agreed to hold to was lost and I would receive a call when a new one got shipped in. I never received that call.

Half of my calls to them was received by Jesse, who, when I asked a question, responded with "Im not sure, let me get Britney for you" Jesse is the manager of the parts department

I brought up my issues with Vinny, the head of the branch, he was understanding of the issues and allowed me to request compensation. I requested a refund on the mistake of the panel and a discount on service for making me wait and losing my parts. He said both would be granted.

I requested those statements be out in writing, he responded with "I am a man of my word"

When I went in for service however, only the refund was granted, no discount. I brought this issue up with Taylor who let me talk to Vinny again who said we never came to that agreement, but will give me a few dollars off "out of goodwill"

Overall disappointed with the lack of teamwork and honesty. I go to school full time and work two jobs, but if you have the time to learn how to work on your own vehicle I highly recommend it over considering working with these people.

Myself and a friend I serve with drove up from Southern California today to buy a used motorcycle from Facebook marketplace. When we were inspecting the bike, we noticed that the handlebars were bent and there were some other safety issues. We came to GA motorsports to see if there’s anything they can do to make it rideable so we can get the bike home. They helped us out tremendously and did much more work than we expected. We were charged for a half hour of labor, and he bent back the gear shifter, the rear brake, and the handlebars. He really made us feel good about riding this bike home. Come to GA motorsports for all your motorcycle needs!

During their new building construction, the staff was very friendly and professional despite their entire system being down. Coming from Fresno, they gave me a really good quote compared to Clawson Motorsport. Definitely the people you want to talk to and buy from! Ended up walking away with a brand new 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 500 ABS the next day.

Very pleased with my experience at this dealership.

My salesperson was Megan, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth experience as I was making my way up 4.5 hours to their dealership from Los Angeles.

Everything was ready by the time I got there, no funny business and she kept their word on everything she told me.

Megan was very communicative, even going out of her way to answer my questions on her days off! There were no bad surprises when I got there, and she was very attentive to any concern I had.

Overall, I had a very good experience and didn't leave with a bad taste in my mouth like the other local dealers here.

From here on out, every new bike I buy will be from this dealership. Great prices & competent sales people.

Bought my boyfriend a Yamaha Bolt for his birthday, and since it was a surprise it took a bit of extra planning and a lot of help from the staff there. Not only were they completely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient when it came to all the paperwork, they also went above and beyond when they agreed to help me surprise him with the bike itself. It was amazing! I even did a Facebook live stream so his friends and family could see his reaction, which was priceless! I can’t imagine another dealership putting the time and effort into helping me get the perfect bike and helping me ensure it was his best birthday ever. Thank you so much GA Motorsports! I will be a customer for life!
