Told me 5 weeks out on a brand new $3500 trolling motor repair 0n April 6, on June 7th it's not even touched and acted like I was in there lying. Last Minn Kota I'll ever buy and will not set foot in this place again in response to their response. It is an absolute lie that I was told 8 weeks beside they had it over 8 weeks. Please look at my previous reviews of other businesses I almost always give 5 stars because I am extremely easy to please.i am so glad they never worked on my outboards because I didn't buy those there either.

GAF Marine had our boat for over a year to do repairs and sell it. They refused to return phone calls and always had excuses as to why the repairs were not completed as promised. We finally had to pick it up and take it somewhere else. Our boat looked worse when we picked it up from them than when we dropped it off. Definitely do NOT recommend using them.

I dropped my wakeboard boat off in January for damage repair/replacement (gelcoat, carpet, tower). Everyone was friendly and nice that day. After four months I finally retrieved my boat without ever even receiving a damage report that I could file with my insurance company. Zero communication initiated from GAF during that time. I called frequently for updates. In late Feb I was told my quote and repair were delayed because fishing boats were prioritized over ski boats since it wasn't ski season. I'll try to find somewhere my boat might eventually be a priority.

Was told boat would be done in a couple months. Dropped off October 19th. Was told they get started probably in December. Then was told they’d hit it hard at the first of the year and would be done 3-4 weeks. End of January on a Friday was told they’d get to it the next Monday and that it was coming in the shop. 3 weeks later on February 12th went to drive by and was still not in the shop sitting in the same spot I dropped off almost 4 months ago. So I just took it to somewhere to get it done. Also would never get answers on texts. Save your time with this place. Very unsatisfied...

This is top notch shop!! They go beyond what's expected! They recently done work on my boat. Both motor and adding accessories. They are top notch and actually helped me way beyond what I expected. Thanks gaf marine for all you did!!!!
