We went to Galey's not knowing a thing about what we were looking for. We knew we wanted a pontoon boat. They were super helpful with everything we needed. We went once to look at the boats and were ready for us when we decided to pull the trigger.

When we pulled into pick up the boat we had our own parking spot ready to go. All the loan paperwork was set up and ready for us. All we had to do was sign. Steve was informative and provided all the necessary information we needed for the questions we had. When we got the boat, George went through every detail and questions we had on the use of the boat. He was extremely educated in the boat world.

First and foremost we know going through a dealer can take hours. This process was easy and they cared about our time.

Thank you again for making summer of 2023 fun for us. We appreciate all the efforts you put in to making this happen for us.

Found us a nice bass boat....now to get through financing 🤞!!! Steve was a great help, answered all my questions and trust me I had a lot!! 😉 Okay update, 4/29/22: we got our boat!! The team made it a nice smooth experience! From Steve our salesman, George the how to guy 😉 he explained how to use all the new gadgets and maintenance needed and Maia the financing(paperwork) lady! She had all our paperwork, registration and CF numbers on and ready to go!! Thanks to everybody that made it smooth sailing!! Pun intended!! Lol

I have been dealing Galeys Marine ever since I purchased my boat, and I want it in tip top shape when I take it Fishing on the Ocean. The Pacific Ocean is no joke! Plus, I've got to know Jeff the Service Manager and George Lead Service Technician.

I Called about a compass for my car. The manager wasn't friendly and made me feel uncomfortable to ask him a simple question. He moaned and groaned and had a general ton like I was annoying him. I asked for a picture of the Compass to be emailed to me since it was $80+. he sent me a picture of a green Compass. then when I asked for a picture of the black one (I specified I wanted a black one) he told me they were the exact same thing. There not though since black and green are very different colars an I was getting the back to match my car. I just wanted to see what it looked like in black. the green really through me off. I believe his name was mark. he just attacked annoyed by every little question I asked him... all 5 or 6 question.

North Carolina Customer here! Galey's customer support is top notch. Matt was great during an internet purchase. He chatted and helped for hours to ensure I was choosing the right product for my needs. He also made sure I received best price available!! It's nice to be able to get on the phone with someone that knows about water-sports and not just a robot or call center.

Galeys was an experience like no other. This was my second boat but first from Galeys. Every time I walked into Galey’s I couldn’t walk five feet without being greeted and having questions answered. Phenomenal service. I purchased a new bass boat from Galeys and they answered all my weird questions every step of the way. I also traded in my old boat to them and was given a very fair and reasonable deal on that as well. Not once was I left out of anything, they handled everything professionally and in amazing time. I even on my first trip out had a factory issue that prevented me fromleaveusin leavemy new boat, Galeys picked it up same day and had it back to me in two days. How can you replicate an experience such as this. They have been professional and helpful every step of the way.
