Garcia's absolutely saved the day - we had a very tricky situation with a sailboat nearly falling off the trailer (long story!) and they did an absolutely fabulous job. Do NOT call anyone else on the i10! I cannot be more grateful for their work, help and kind professionality. WELL DONE!!

I called them on the I-10 because my truck coolant leak. After three hours of repair, they told me that they need to buy parts. came back 5 hours later, they told me that the price was more than $200 higher than the price of the parts, because their employees forgot to hide the receipt. He said that their company's preferential price had nothing to do with me. In the end, it was reduced by $100 because of my dissatisfaction. The funniest thing is that they removed the screw that connected to the generator. I don't know what that screw has to do with the repair coolent hose. They should want I call again. Very bad place, even if you need help, don't look for them, the situation will only get worse.

Call him for repair my truck on the fwy. And they repair in a timely manner. About 10 miles ahead, the same issue happened and called him again. His Response said I'll send someone once again. 1 hr later I've called and it goes straight to voicemail. Had to call another roadside and pay double.

“Paid the money, they said, ‘You’ll get the report right away.’ Cool. Hit the road, kept an eye on my inbox… waited… waited… still waiting. No report, no update, nothing! Figured I’d give them a call, maybe they forgot. Called once—no answer. Twice—still nothing. Third time, he finally picks up, sounding like I’M the one bothering HIM!”

Me: “Hey man, where’s my report? Been waiting a week!”
Guy: “Ohhh, you needed that? Lemme check real quick…”

Yeah, ‘checking’… Dude was probably just staring at a blank screen, hoping the report would magically appear.

Me: “Look, I’ve already driven 1,000 miles—this report still on the way, or what?”
Guy: “Uhh yeah, see, there’s this system issue we’re working on…”
The ‘system issue’ is just him not giving a damn.

Me: “Look, I paid upfront, I waited, now tell me—when am I actually getting this thing?”

Guy: “Oh, uh… the latest… uhh… well, technically you should’ve had it by now, but… yeah, system, you know?”

And that’s when I realized—this guy’s whole business runs on one simple principle: ‘Take the money, forget the service.’

If you roll into this shop, don’t hold your breath for that report. That thing’s probably moving faster than you—and trust me, it ain’t coming back!”

I had a fantastic experience at Garcia’s Tire & Truck Trailer Repair located at 390 S San Gorgino Ave in Banning, CA. They are incredibly affordable, especially in these tough economic times. I needed a new tire for my Expedition in May of 2024 and a patch for a mini van tire in August, and they handled both with impressive speed and efficiency. Their service is not only quick but also very polite and straightforward.

Although they primarily speak Spanish, they make every effort to accommodate English speakers. They always have someone available to translate, so communication is never an overwhelming barrier. I’ve visited twice without speaking Spanish, and both times they managed to understand and meet my needs perfectly.

Garcia’s offers a wide range of tire options and their pricing is transparent and fair. They’re not in the business of ripping you off. Their honesty and integrity are refreshing, and I appreciated their straightforward approach.

Do note that they only accept cash. If you need cash, the liquor store next door can provide cash back. They are open 24/7 for truckers, but typically open around 8 AM and might close around 5 or 6 PM, depending on their workload. For tire trouble you won’t be disappointed if you stop by.

Overall, Garcia’s Tire & Truck Trailer Repair is a reliable, honest, and affordable option for tire repair and replacement. Highly recommended!

Place sucks been here since 12pm yesterday my truck was supposed to be repaired in the evening and the incompetent mechanic put the part on wrong and started leaking antifreeze again. Know I'm waiting for them to open to see if they will repair it this time. Already paid for repairs and no truck fixed yet.

He didn’t keep his word. I paid him for the inspection, but he never sent the paperwork, and now I can’t get in touch with him.
