I've been a customer for 6 years. Everytime I go into the shop I'm greeted by one of many smiling faces: Gary Jenny, Jake, Lisa and all the rest of the crew. While I'm not a hard core "biker" I do love to ride and anytime that i'm in the store no one hesitates to help me out. Whenever I've had to have some service done it is always done on time and within the estimate for the work. My 2009 Road King Classic leaves after service looking better and cleaner than when I took it in. I can't recommend this dealer enough. Dr. Jim

Bought $170 pair of sunglasses for the bike like I've had before. On ride home, they shook on my head, so took them off after about 2 miles so as not to loose them. Took them back today to exchange them. The girl (think it was Christina - blonde) asks if I expected them to take back a pair of sunglasses that I had worn on the motorcycle? Well, Yes! I only had them for an extremely brief time, no damage, brand new, never opened sealed bag with cleaner and leash, receipt that said 15 day return policy "on back" - but nothing written on back - was easily within the 15 days. She became aggressively defensive, as did another employee (dark hair) who tore off a blank receipt from a register and waved it angrily in my face, as if to say here is the return policy. The blonde told me they do not accept returns on things that have been worn - that includes clothing! So, if I received a shirt as a gift and tried it on, I guess I couldn't return that either! We had a little shouting match in the store, bottom line, they credited my credit card. It's too bad they were so irate at a customer. Have shopped there before and purchased my road king, jackets, shirts, and other items before, but will NOT be back. It's too bad, because we used to like that store. In the past Gary and other employees have been very nice and treated us with respect. Today the girl showing me other sunglasses and the guy talking to us about a new bike were great - so it was these 2 girls that put a very bad taste and ruined a good relationship.
Response: It's funny how people see things so differently. The way she sees it, as soon as you try on a pair of sunglasses they shouldn't sell them because you could have come into the store all sweaty and full of suntan lotion! The stickers were put back on because we had them in the case and didn't want them to get lost. We never touched the price sticker. When we came into the store we explained to the nice salesgirl that we had been in Colorado for 10 days and just got back into town. We were in business for over 40 years and NEVER would we have treated our customers that way, no matter how they acted. And they were the first to act aggressively, basically not believing what we said. You don't go charging at people waving a piece of paper in their face! The nice sales girl telephoned them to ask how to handle the credit, maybe they were angry all ready because they felt they had to come into the store. After all was said and done the blonde even yelled out, "Happy Birthday to me" - maybe it was her birthday.

This is the most unfriendly store we have ever been to, and we have been to tons all over the US. First time I have ever been told by a salesman (the owner I believe) that I should just stay a passenger. If we hadn't needed the part so badly we would have left. Rude people. Stay away.

The folks who work at Gary Bang HD were very welcoming to us and encouraged us to sit on the Harleys, gave my daughter popcorn, didn't try to sell us on anything. I'd recommend the place.

The owner, Gary Bang Jr. is not a friendly man...... was very badly treated by him on 2 separate occasions - heard from other visitors with similar findings that you have to tread carefully when he is around - otherwise nice store, rest of staff helpful - but they do NOT deal on price!

Called to get a chain lub at 4:32 website says they are open till 530. put the parts guys get to leave early today. so no chain lub for me and no money for them, weak...

I wish you had a 0-star option by far the rudest staff I've ever met at the Harley shop and I stop at all of them I would not recommend this place to anybody anytime just drive by and pass it.
