This is a little tiny postal store and the lady working was very very limited in English, I think she was Korean but we managed to organize the uhaul, with the help of a third person on her phone. We needed it to move a small apartment for a couple of hours and they wanted $100 in cash (as the lady did not know how to use the credit card machine although she was receiving iinstruction from the person on her phone, who spoke more English). It took almost an 40 minutes to get the truck. To return the uhaul you have to follow the return instruction on your cell, it requires you to take several cellphone photos, and post them in order to complete the return, and receive your refund/difference from the $100. You then present the refund screen on your phone to the lady and she completes the transaction. Although it was a struggle with conversation both times, it worked out fine, as we accomplished our goal of moving our student. Plus we stayed in the same parking lot and ate at the Black Bear Diner for dinner.
