I just want to say, Carl, the salesman took really good care of me. He knows his stuff when it comes to the products they offer. I had a hassle-free purchase experience was altogether less than 20 minutes. Aaron Gomez was also a huge help with questions about my bike’s performance and aftermarket gear/parts. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff that do their job because of the passion they have not because of the paycheck.

In 2023 G&C Honda rebuilt my stepsons Honda 4 wheeler motor. We got it back for hunting season. My stepson went hunting 4 times on it. Last week he put it on a battery charger and charged the battery, he hasn’t ridden it since December. When he cranked the machine up it didn’t sound right. He came and got me and I took a look. This is what I found. The nut and the stuff holding the exhaust bracket in place had fallen off the head and the entire pipe was has fallen down! This was allowing NO back pressure for the valves. Not good on a freshly rebuilt motor guys! This is completely 100% sloppy workmanship! Nothing professional about it! In top of everything I called G&C Honda, they looked up the service ticket and said they would fix the issue but it was out of warranty and gave me the price per hr for service!!!

I wish I could rate them 6 stars! They are the only local Xpress boat dealer and even if they weren’t I would choose them again. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from picking out the boat, financing and even offering insurance options. The staff were excellent, the best customer service I have ever experienced, they made the entire process enjoyable. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a boat or anything else, this is the place. I feel like I left with a new boat and some new friends.

May of 2021 I took my bike in for service because it was having electrical troubles. While the motorcycle was being serviced, I received a call asking if they could remove the stator cover. To further check the system. Well eventually, they said the issue was fixed and I could pick up my bike. The bike sat for about 6 weeks due to work and weather. When I did eventually ride the motorcycle, I got on the interstate and a bolt flew out my motor. G&C Honda and it’s owner Jim denied any wrongdoing and said “Oh well”. So now I have to repair something that one of their tech/mechanics fail to tighten. A .50 cent bolt is going to cost me $3k+.
