You guys don't understand that truck drivers depend on our rigs to earn a living and a way to go home. When it breaks down, we're stuck in the middle of nowhere not making money and hundreds of miles away from home. Not cool. You guys did a terrible job.

My 2020 International LT is losing coolant very quickly, about a gallon every 4 hours of driving. I told them to take their time diagnosing it and don't feel rushed to get it done before the 4th of July holiday.

However, the did it quickly anyway which lead me to believe they did a rushed job to go home for the holidays. Supposedly (which I highly doubt they did correctly) they did a pressure check on the cooling system and found no issues, so they just threw in a radiator cap thinking it'll fix the issue. Guess what? It didn't. Four hours later, my truck ran out of coolant again.

While on a wildfire deployment I developed hard starting issue with my firetruck that is a 2007 International chassis. I Call Gibbs International truck Center, and was instantly connected to a person and not an automated system, was able to talk to service department without being on hold forever. Chad in the service department told me to bring it in and they start the diagnostics unfortunately I was unable to make to Bakersfield before the Technician went home. The after hour service lady to me to the mechanic come in well before hours of operation and to bring my truck back. When I arrived at 0620 every one was friendly and Ray the Technician got my unit in and started diagnosing the issue immediately! Within minutes he found the issue that was causing my hard start and had the replacement in stock, as well as a couple other items I needed. They cleaned up under the hood and honestly showed sensational care and concern to make sure my firetruck was road worthy, he worked in a timely manner to get my unit and back on the road. I would say that this was the best service experience I had! Thank you to the service department and technician at GIbbs Truck Center!

This is a great place to go to for service. I never would think to take my freightliner truck here because its International. However, Casie the service writer has been amazing at helping me find cheaper parts and being honest when it comes to repairs. They are fast,friendly and if you tell them you need your truck urgent they go above and beyond to get your stuff done. Great place great service...

Everyone communicates well on the issues and repairs that need to be done. Take care of warranty issues as well. Casie, Brett, and Chad are great to work with. I will continue to use them for our truck needs.

Wow, this place is great --- especially the Parts Manager Gary Stewart. I came in "hoping" to find a part for my 1965 International Harvester Scout 80. Gary overheard my conversation with the parts counter person, and Gary said (off the top of his head, yeah no computer), " he needs a 468438 and there is one in the back room on isle so and so......". and the parts counter person retrieved the part and it WAS THE PERFECT PART I NEEDED!! There has to be something great said about a business that hires, and maintains, people that have knowledge beyond what the computer knows and are willing to help those customers with unique/odd parts requests. I call the knowledge that Gary Stewart has "Gray Hair Knowledge" and any organization that still has staff like that is worth their weight in gold, well at least in my book. I wish I could give them $1,000's of dollars worth of business, but I most likely won't for my Scout 80 project, but it is nice to know that there is a business that still cares about the "little-guy" and that still employs knowledgeable employees!!

The Gibbs Experiance has been Great.
I have been in for hard to find parts and the parts department is outstanding and most of the time they had the part in stock.
The service department is Amazing... that team of the service writers, the warranty person and the shop manager all are open, honest, and communicate with me so dang well. Just from the customer service side they will continue to have my business. They do care about my needs and they show it. The work that the shop has done. BOOM! its been Fast turn around times to help keep my equipment on the road.

Quick and friendly service and they actually followed up after the service on my AC was done to check on it. Great facility!!
