Gilbert and Baugh did a stellar job getting me in my 2017 challenger. I traveled 6 hours to look at and pick up car. They did a large cosmetic repair before I arrived which they were forward about, valued my trade in over the phone, and pre-printed all paperwork, to get me in and out in about 1hour and 20 minutes. They gave me great value for my trade in and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this dealership, would do business with them again! Jim is great and David was very easy to work with, great communication.

I highly recommend Gilbert and Baugh Ford. I had a great experience with Jeremy, he took his time showed me different vehicles and ensured I got what I wanted. He even let me test drive a vehicle over night. He spoke with my husband and showed him the vehicles. Randy was extremely helpful and worked with us to get where I needed to be. Assisted me with my trade in. Jim was wonderful to work with and helped me get the warranty I wanted. I am extremely pleased. I would go there again and recommend it. I drove all the way from Huntsville and would do it again for their service. Thanks again.

The dealership was very friendly and a nice place to do business with. I had a very knowledgeable salesman named Thomas. The best part for me was the long talk I had with the finance manager. I moved down to Alabama 3 years ago from Iowa, and he was very familiar where I moved from. He has similar hobbies like myself which include deer hunting and we exchanged some photos. Had a good time. When I first entered the dealership today to pay for and pick up my new to me truck, I was able to meet the owner and he shook my hand. I knew who he was from the commercials I have seen of the business on tv. Everyone was very friendly; except for one. The manager never once took the time to come out of his glass office to say hi or shake my hand. I felt like he didn’t care whether I purchased a vehicle there or not.
But I met some other nice folks and got a nice pickup truck purchased from them. Good place to do business…. A+++
