I wish google had an option to provide zero stars, dealers like these should go out of business very soon.

This review is for a recent experience I had with sales. Pre-negotiated a lease deal, salesperson promised me a price (great deal), test drove the car, and had to schedule the delivery appointment next day since I had some paperwork to do for the rebates.

Next morning, a different salesperson reaches out saying he'll be helping us with the purchase. Now the drama unfolds.

The lease monthly payment bumps by ~$60, down payment goes up by 500. Reason - the previous salesperson didn't do the math correctly with the rebates. Is this my fault?

I'm glad I didn't do the credit app, or else we'd have had no choice. Why false promise the customer a price, lure them like bait, and then show the real numbers because the salesperson got it wrong.

It'd have been great if they agreed their mistake and sorted it out, but they were more like this is what it is now. If it works it works, or else go find a better car or dealer.

Car dealerships are usually like this, and we're used to that. But we had some hope in them, and obviously they killed it. Never going back to them again, even if they gave me a car for free.

I purchased a 2023 cadillac xt4 from this dealership about a month ago. The initial experience overall was quick, pleasant, and no nonsense. I loved the vehicle and was able to drive it off the lot that evening. There were a few hiccups as the car didn't have certain features that I'd been told were included, but the salesman was new and worked with management (Carlos and David) to have some of those features added to the vehicle at no cost to myself. The dealership provided a complimentary rental vehicle while my car was upgraded to have the features installed and it only took a few days before I had my vehicle. I am still waiting for my license plate and everything to finalize, but overall, I am happy with the service from the dealership and love the car I have now.

Following up on a review I left a month ago. My truck has now been at Gilroy Chevy service department for over THREE months. Someone commented on my original post stating how important customer satisfaction is. That is in fact a lie. I called the number provided and asked for a manager to call me back. Not one ever returned my call. I know it was received because then my service advisor began texting me about my review.

Never will I do any business with this service department! Left several messages for updates always get we will call you back and nothing! Had to come in every other week just to get info on what’s going on. Took over 2 months to get my truck back and still waiting for my reimbursement for all my rental cars. If they would learn to call their customers back they would do so much better. Be ready to waste your time!

So now we get a reply on this review to cal in and get the run around who to talk to. Let me know who I should be talking to but just a generic person on the other end who most likely won’t return the message anyway

Service rep fired, manager quits, no one knows anything about my rental car reimbursement. Had to go and reprint all receipts again and bring in. Warranty person has know clue what I’ve been waiting for. Proceeds to tell me I may not get money for my rental car reimbursement whatever him approves is all I get even though their company told me once car goes in for warranty repair I will be reimbursed for rental car. Take in mind my truck has been in the shop for over 2 months

I brought my car in with an apt last Thursday. I got a call on Friday late afternoon that they had yet to look at my car and they would update me on Monday. Annoying but fine what are you going to do. I called twice Monday and left messages. Whenever you call service you never actually get a live person on the phone. No response Monday. I called twice Tuesday, no response. I called Wednesday and bothered the parts department, the guy was very pleasant and said he would get my message to my service advisor. Still no call on Wednesday afternoon. I went down there today, Thursday, one week after dropping off my car and my service advisor had stepped out.
I was told they would leave a message for him to call me ASAP. I did not hear anything again today.
This is really unacceptable customer service, I would just like an update on my car and am hoping this review gets some sort of response.

I was forced to take my Chevy to Gilroy Chevy to honor my warranty after taking it to another dealership. I informed the service department what the other dealership had found. Upon drop off it took 8 days to get any sort of diagnosis on my truck. The other dealership took less than 24 hours. My truck has now been at Gilroy Chevy for 30 days waiting on parts that are on back order with no estimated date of arrival. I went to pick my truck up today for a few hours because I needed a truck. Upon looking at my paperwork, I discovered that broken motor mount was not on the list of repairs. This was something the other dealership noted. I texted the service advisor inquiring why this wasn’t listed and he said “I’ll look into it”. I’ve yet to hear back. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE IF YOU DON’T ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. I wish I didn’t.

EDIT: I called the number below to discuss this with someone. I left my number and was told I would receive a call back from a manager. A few hours later I received a text from my service advisor asking about this review and my concerns. I voiced my concerns and he responded once and then went silent. No one ever called me back.

Took my Bolt in for service and appreciated the ease of use of the MyChevy app to schedule the appointment. Once I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by a courteous service representative and I was offered a ride back hope while they tended to my vehicle.
