Went truck shopping Thursday Feb. 6th and went to 3 other dealerships for a specific truck. I went online on their catalog and found the 1 we wanted. And when I called I had the pleasure of speaking to Daniel Ayala who asked all the right questions and when me and my grandfather pulled up he had the car already before we even met face to face. It was a wonderful and beautiful experience. Time consuming for sure. But he made sure everything was OK 👍 the whole time. *(when you go for the test drive on the highway there is a section that pulls to the right, nothing will be wrong with your vehicle, you know, unless it stays like that lol). Very caring and wholesome man. Plus the location is beautiful and relaxing which helps with the stressfulness in my opinion. Very happy with the deal and experience. Thank you Daniel

One seamless most pleasurable sales/purchase experience here. Things were so simple from walking onto the grounds and leaving with a brand new financed vehicle. Experiences started online by submitting trade in vehicle for appraisal and then all the information for the financial stuff all done from home. Took about a quarter of days time to get it done and then head to dealership for the final aspects of the paperwork and securing of the vehicle. I got an amazing deal with the huge discounts offered by the company. Staff from the dealership, including the new car and used car managers were super supportive, communicative, professional and friendly. This was definitely a super pleasurable experience and I highly recommend you drop in and peruse the products. You’ll feel at home and part of the family at this place. Jason was very thorough and encouraging. I let the oil get low before a long trip and he made sure our new truck was in peak condition for safe travels. The only mistake he made was reading our odometer which is kilometers (km) not miles (mi). Probably the only North Americans using metric, but something that technicians should be aware of for documentation. Thanks again!

DO NOT COME TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I’ve never dealt with a dealership service department that has ZERO communication with their customers like this. It’s incredibly disappointing & frustrating.

I came in to make an appointment for a recall on my vehicle to which they said they could fit me in next week knowing what needed to be done. I wake up early that morning and found myself a ride. I show up just to be told they don’t even have the parts for my service. They said they’ve been calling people to reschedule. I never received this call. I wasted my time & went to work late for no reason.

I finally come back for an appointment when the parts come in. They told me TWICE it would be 4 hours & guaranteed that I would have my car that night. Once it’s way past the time they told me, I had to message the number to ask if my car will be ready soon. They message me back that my car won’t be ready that day. With NO explanation. I had to reach out to you guys to find this out? Then I ask when they think I’ll have my vehicle ready. They message me maybe in the morning but they’ll update me when back in office. So you left the office without even communicating to me that you’re gonna have my car way past the 4 hours you told me? Then you’re not even gonna explain to me why until tomorrow? I now have to figure out my ride situation for work tomorrow when keeping it overnight was never a discussion?

The next morning, I get NO UPDATE NO CALL. I had to call them in the afternoon again and when answered they tell me now my car is ready. Then they tell me that they have lunch at 12 but he’s gonna make sure someone is in the service department to give me my keys so I can grab and leave. Well I knew that wasn’t gonna happen. I show up and the guy at the desk just disappears with no one else around. Another customer in the lobby was sharing the same frustrations as me and was having issues with the service department as well. Finally (I wish I had his name) someone comes in and he did not know what he was doing, but he saw that what I was going through was really frustrating and he helped me to his full advantage! He then radios to the advisors that I’m here to pick up my car and all they say is that they’re in a meeting. I could tell even he was frustrated and he went and grabbed me my car and apologized to me that this even took so long. I’m thankful that he came through for me because without him, I would’ve waited forever. Because during this whole thing, the guy at the front desk never even came back after he got my name.
I’m never coming back for any services from now on. I would rather drive to Morgan hill instead of dealing with this again.

I was dealing with the 95B recall for my ‘23 Wrangler 4xE Rubicon. I was able to get a timely appointment. It appears that all aspects of the recall was addressed. (Social media has pointed out many dealers don’t do all the “required” testing.) The Jeep was ready as promised.

The service department is the worst of the worst. 3 hours for an oil change that had an appointment for 8:00am. I left without the oil change. During a previous service, 2months ago that was a total disaster, the dealership manager tried to make it better by giving me 2 free oil changes and tire rotation. In baseball, 3 strikes you are out. In customer service, 2 strikes you are out of the game entirely. Never again. I would drive to LA and back before I ever even think of using Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep again. What a joke, but their service department not a laughing matter. It is terrible management at it's worst.
