I'll start off by saying this was probably one of the best experiences I've had in terms of buying anything from a particular dealership. I've been in the market for a new motorcycle for quite some time and decided to drive all the way to Flagstaff from paulden Arizona about an hour and a half drive, just purely based on the wide selection that Go Az Flagstaff had to offer which was far better than any Go Az in my area and even beyond that really. It was during my trip that I got to meet a gentleman by the name of Jeff who was my sales rep for this particular endeavor and I tell you what, he is one stand up gentleman! His compassion and love for the ride made me certain that's who I wanted to buy my next motorcycle from. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations when it came to buying a motorcycle, they didn't bat an eye when I asked him to run four different payment options for four different bikes to see which one suited my needs and even though I didn't ride away on the bike that I initially planned for, due to my own budget constraints and unfortunately a responsible mindset to not put myself into too heavy of a payment. I ended up riding away on something I feel was far better than the bike I initially planned and at an affordable price too. I'll tell you this if you're thinking about buying a Yamaha MTO9 not sure why you're waiting. I know why they call them hooligan bikes, Its a blast!! So just buy it already, but if you do, buy it from Jeff and the crew at Go Az Flagstaff!

Jeff and Anthony are knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent customer service. I had my 5 year old son with me during the process and they assisted with making the whole process smooth and gave my kiddo some treats. I will be back as soon as I can. The Polaris 570 has superseded my expectations by a long shot so far.

We initially went in to look at their inventory. Connor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes that we ended up buying not one but two dirt bikes. All the staff were extremely friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend GO AZ over other dealers for sure.

I went for a basic emergency repair to my missing right foot peg.

They took a look and tried to remove the rear foot peg so they can put it in the missing right foot peg's place. But it was too damaged.

They didn't charge me anything. They gave me the address for a dealer in Las Vegas. Nice people. Thank you.

P.S. I made it to Las Vegas, California, and then back to New York on the same bike ?

During a motorcycle touring trip with two friends, my rear tire urgently needed replacement. It was Sunday at 5:37 PM, and the shop was closed. Despite this, my friend suggested we go there anyway, hoping there might be an emergency number to call. So, we went, and literally one minute later, three young guys in a truck pulled up, having just finished riding for the day. One of them was Chaz, the parts manager for GO AZ Motorcycles. Whatever the owner is paying Chaz, it's a great deal.
Chaz was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. He was technically savvy and quickly determined which tires would fit. He found a tire that was the original size and took his own time to set up an appointment for me at a shop that was open on Monday. He also recommended a great place for us to have dinner in town.
Chaz, I can't thank you enough for how you turned my situation around. Without you opening up the shop, spending an hour with us, and truly helping me, this situation could have been much more challenging.

The staff at GoAZ Motorcycles was fantastic to deal with and they stock a lot of motorcycle and off-road vehicles parts. I was pleasantly greeted by a gentleman in a front desk and he was quick to direct me to the Parts Dept and then hopefully if the part was available they would send me to Service. I was not able to get my rear motorcycle installed the same day but they were very friendly in storing my motorcycle until the part arrived and then calling me PROMPTLY as soon as my bike was finished. I am very happy to have found this location and will not go anywhere else when looking for service in Flagstaff. Prices are GREAT as well.
