We flew into Monterey for the weekend and booked a C300 to enjoy the sun, unfortunately really wasn’t convertible weather. Called Jose at the office and asked if we could swap cars and asked what we would like. Picked a car and headed to the FBO and car was ready turned over the keys and away we went. I can see why it is a Forbes 5 star rated company, it was easy and convenient from the delivery to the return. Jose even drove us to the airport.
Huge thanks to Rina, Shelly and Jose for making car rental easy and convenient. We see more Go Rentals cars in our future

Do not rent from this company. They will slap hundreds of dollars of charges on you, if not more. They charged me over $700 extra without warrant.

Paid $111 for using Toyota Corolla for a couple of hours. I am very disappointed with their intransparency.

I have rented a car from the company 4 times since December 2020. The rate was $36 including tax for a couple of hours usage.
I asked for a car thinking the rate is stil the same on August 23.

I called the company after I checked the price. He explained that as the business is returning back to normal, the company only rents a car for daily basis. For short period use, there's a crew car available from the Del Monte FBO - the company's desk is inside the FBO. I called the FBO to verify it cuz it was different from what I knew, they said that they don't have a crew car which is in accordance with their website.

I was not informed such information when I rented a car. I clearly told him that I need a car for a couple of hours.

It was a huge disappointment and I will not go back to this company ever again.

Could have been 5 stars but had some trouble getting a proper final bill. Otherwise pretty handy location.
