NOT GOOD by phone if you ENGLISH IS KIND OF ME!!
specially, sales person who help me is very patient and try to understand what kind of part you looking for You. He will do all the best to make you happy. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for Him! BUT I don’t like the parts- manager The way he treating me by phone maybe ¥ he’s not happy with my English😌 I don’t know but I paid for a part for overnight shipping $45 bucks but the next day didn’t show up and I didn’t get a call I was waiting their call! But I got call around noon on second day,by the time I was work and I ask Instade of “REFUNDS “deliver it to my house because the other night didn’t show up So I ask politely, the sales manager but he said we’re not gonna control the shipping so pay additional $45. but they charge me 45 bucks for overnight. Nex morning no part even afternoon even night it was is guarantee. For overnight shipping. Also I try to explain for him. I’m working I lost One day waiting and I needed the part and it’s easy for the DEALERSHIP MANAGER AS company VALUES CUSTOMERS because they didn’t fulfilled their promise !!
Also it’s easy for HIM.to send it to me, but he said no no no we are not gonna do that if you pay …OK otherwise we’re not gonna send it or refund it. You can come by the weekend or whatever works for you .
That’s not OK !!! I new it’s my ENGLISH accent did that if it was perfect he was going to or will send it with attached later “sorry, sorry for inconvenience….. 10% discount coupon
Don’t pay for overnight delivery with them!!!

I brought my 2023 (13 month old) Isuzu box truck in for warranty repair and service. It’s taking them a week and $2,000 in fees just to order a starter (which I had already diagnosed with my mechanic prior to bringing the truck to them). It took them one week to determine they needed to order the starter and now another week for the starter to arrive. Meanwhile, I’m paying rental fees on another box truck while these guys slow-roll the process and overcharge for a warranty repair.

These people are absolutely shady. Do not, I repeat, do not bring your vehicle to them under any circumstances. They are 100% unethical. I am currently filing a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair.

The worst service, our new car to repair the fault, a lot of inspection fees after various inspections but the problem has not been resolved. Will consider a lawyer complaint. Including the body tilt, the central control does not work, etc.

If I could give zero stars, specifically for the parts department, I would. We called to place an order for a part in October. The staff member we spoke to said the part was ordered, and we didn't need to take any further action. We called back in November to check in and find out if the part had arrived. To our surprise, we were told there was no record that the part was ordered. The person on the phone (B) advised that they would order the part. The part was ordered and paid for (so we thought). We called back towards the end of November to find out if the part had arrived. I was advised that the order number I had wasn't correct and couldn't be found, and the person who placed the order would call me back. SO, no call back, I had to call again. I spoke with (B) again, and he advised that the part was not ordered and that I needed to request a refund and reorder the part. After questioning him about why I needed to reorder the part, he hung up in my face. So, it turns out he forgot to order the part. ZERO, accountability. After two months we finally received the part and to our surprise, it was the wrong part!!! I had to drive all to the way back to return the part and obtain a refund. I spoke with Manger (J) of the parts department, and after sharing the issue with him, he was not apologetic AT ALL and very quickly passed me off the accounting manager. After obtaining a refund from the very nice accounting manager, I realized I would rather drive to a much further location next time instead of counting on these guys to do their jobs properly. Completely, unacceptable!

From this date, and a couple days before when coming in for a ABS light sensor problem and oil pm change. Sat out for 2-3 days to come back to with the same problem of the ABS issue on my truck. Until this day on Friday, they're now just putting it in priority although the previous work done beforehand was done sub-par to satisfaction. Front desk seemed more understanding than the mechanics working on the truck being down for more than 3 days so far.

My fiancé s truck has been in the shop for over two weeks, still no diagnosis as to what is wrong. Now need an oil pan replaced when there was no damage prior. His Company considering moving truck to different shop. This business appears to be difficult to communicate with and impossible to accomplish a task.

Update: lo and behold! Now we are waiting on a part coming from Memphis. The bosses on both sides are pressuring, we are fuming, the bank accounts are emptying and we are just 15 days into this repair. I’m not sure how this shop stays in business, truckers need their trucks, freightliners deserve a better reputation than what this shop has to offer

Worst experience ever have with any Freightliner Agency. Dropped my truck here a Month ago just for a ABS sign on dashboard screen . They were not even able to find the problem until i contact my mechanic.. & charge me for diagnosis again & again they charge me more than $5000 & waste my 28 days just to change a sensor
