Was calling for availability on some parts, spoke with a Frank and got all my info and said he had to check the shelf. Waited 35 mins and then had someone else call the store and got helped within 5 mins. I’m not sure if Frank is still looking for the parts or he got lost. But I got what I needed.

I died of old age, was born again and came to the phone, was still on hold. They need to hire new people that can serve customers quick and efficiently. Need to pay better if the employees aren’t happy.

Everytime when i go over there the mexican guys talk with each other in spanish.. today October 3rd i stand in line for part 6:45pm now its 7:41and they still talk each other and laugh laudly but no body helped me out on time, as I was in hurry and when I asked to guy on counter he told me go to another place if you have problm…… I’m very disappointed with service

The people were very nice and friendly. But it took them 4 weeks to come up with an Estimate for my Semi truck repairs. And then they never fixed most of it.
Raised the price after the estimate was given. Buy a lot. Miss assembled some parts on my engine cause my turbo charger Too leak

I came into the body shop after my truck got struck at a cooler lot by another “Professional Driver.” I was in quite the mood having gotten hit, but I had a great conversation with Adrian Cardona who kept things light and joked a bit. I really appreciate his ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while still getting the job done. His positive outlook and overall pleasant disposition boosted my attitude in a time when I needed it the most.

Parts Department- Generally good attitude, BUT VERY SLOW. 90% of the time they have what i need. Prices are high compared to other shops, but it is a dealer. If you come in after hours and have to use the service side of the parts department get ready to be there awhile, like an hour + they do not care about your time.
