I had a less than pleasurable experience with this so called family owned company. Mike was reasonably ok in the beginning to deal with but later became less than accommodating. I made an offer on a 25 year old boat that needed lots of attention, They basically told me to go pound sand instead of discussing how we could make a deal. I was an out of state cash buyer. Instead of trying to make a deal out of the wild blue Mike said the sales manager said he sold the boat yet it is still online for sale.
I guess out of state money is no good at this establishment. good luck and wish I was independently wealthy so in my sales division could treat customers like idiots. I do appreciate how much of my time they wasted however!!

Everyone I interacted with was cordial, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making my visits/purchase as smooth as possible. Many thanks to Ethan, Mark, Dylan, Jamie and Glenn. Thank you all. Would highly recommend Gone Fishing Marine if you are in the market for a boat. They have a great selection of new, used and consignment crafts available. Mark did a great job in negotiating my consignment deal with the previous owner and allowed us to arrive at a fair price for both of us. Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

Where do I start....the repair shop....I purchased a new boat from these clowns and needed a trolling motor installed. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and was told It would take 1 day to be completed. 3 days later it was completed. Got out on the water and the motor started vibrating. Upon inspection one of the only 4 bolts they put in was Stripped. I called and I was told that a temporary employee fixed it and they had more than 1 complaint about his work and to bring it back and they will make it right. WRONG! I took it back and still had to come home and fix it myself.

I will save the horror story of buying a boat from these clowns for another time.

I recently purchased my boat here. I dealt with Mike throughout the sales process and Mark to coordinate the final pickup of the boat. These guys have taken care of me from start to finish and even after I left with it, they never hesitated to answer my calls or emails with questions or shied away from getting back to me. I got my very first boat through these guys. It took a few days to get all of the kinks worked out, but my over all experience was excellent. I have spent nearly every weekend out on the water, fishing, finding secluded beaches to hang out on with the family. Thank you guys so much for bringing the world of boating in to my life.
