I've had such an amazing experience at GP Sports. Carlos and the team here have gone above and beyond to help me in my new motorcycle journey. They were able to acquire the bike that I wanted so I wouldn't have to compromise. They did everything they could to help me feel safer and comfortable with my bike, especially being a new petite rider.

Everyone I've interacted with in the sales, service, and parts department have been very helpful and kind. I feel comfortable going to them with any questions or concerns. It's totally opposite from what I experienced at a different dealership. I will be sticking with GP for my moto needs even though they are further away from me.

Highly recommend this dealer/store. Best prices in the bay area. Amazing customer service and the guys are knowledgeable of the product they sell. Got amazing deal on my new yamaha mt09 2023. At first i was skeptical of the place but i gave them the opportunity to help me and boy I dont regret it. From the sales to the finance department amazing experience. I will be coming back 100%

I'm reading a lot of these comments on here you guys need to learn some patience if you let them do their job they do an amazing job and they don't charge you for things that they should it's called helping out I will recommend it to anybody if they have patience they did an amazing job didn't try to sell me anything they just let me know also if your military he looks out for us

While the other reviews and the business's responses are concerning, I can only base my opinion off of my own experience. I bought a bike here and had a very straightforward transaction. I had a mixed experience over the phone initially, but in-person the sales rep was easy to work with, and I got a good deal.

This review is re their service shop.

I paid $520 for the 4,000 mile service on my Yamaha MTT09. They left the ambient air temperature sensor dangling under the airbox where it was inaccessible and no longer worked. Fixing it required removing all plastics, the gas tank, and the airbox. When I went to address their mistake myself, I found that the hose clamps on all three air cleaner joints had been left loose, not even finger tight.

Not the kind of attention to detail I would expect for the rates they charge. Go to Advanced Cycle Services instead.
