Avoid doing business here at all costs if you expect ANY service after the sale! Purchased a NautiStar from them in February of this year. When I picked up the boat the salesman did not have any of the booklets to go with it, the trailer or any of the electronics on it. He promised to mail them when he got back to the store from the sea trial. Never happened. Waited several weeks and tried to call him and ask status. He no longer worked there, so called the business and spoke with another salesman who also promised to send out the information. AGAIN, never happened. Waited a few more weeks and called and spoke with the sales manager who promised to send out the information. You guessed it, NEVER happened. It’s now September, almost 7 months since we purchased the boat and we still have not received anything or even gotten a call to say why! Garbage company with garbage people gets this kind of results. Stay away…FAR AWAY!

I had the pleasure of buying a boat from Grander. Great deal. I was an out of state buyer and struggled to get some title issue with FL done. While at DMV in sales guy was ALL over it and went back to the original dealer and got the MSO. Solving my problems weeks after the purchase!! John is the man!

I always see them take the time with each customer to ensure then customers leave happy. It is family owned and operated business by some of the best people you’ll ever meet.
