It's a shame. I'm a follower fan and buyer for greddy parts for years. I visited the shop and asked for merchandise and one of the guys there said just order online. Then I asked to look at some cars, even that not possible. I was very disappointed, for someone who buys their parts for more than 10 years in different project cars. Very sad how they treat fans...

Do not order online. Trust me. Go in person or don't buy anything from them at all. I ordered a v2 rocket bunny bumper and they pay another company to ship it. Shipping costed $200 for me and when it arrived it came smashed by the shipping company. I was told to start a claim and tell them to return it so I can get a new one. I ordered this item on June 8. It is now August 3 and still no bumper. Let me remind you that this is a $800 bumper with a $200 shipping fee. Terrible experience and have been driving my car without a bumper as it is my daily. Also, the shipping company tried repackaging the same damaged item and deliver it to me 3 times. But they ended up damaging it even more.

there warranty service is a joke the wont me to ship the unit to there factory at my expense i would think that photos would have been enough and i can understand the inspection but to pay for shipping too dam they must know there products will be returned looks like i will be getting hks from now on

Terrible company. Falsify advertised their front lips as gel coated when it only comes primed and refused to offer reimbursement/credit/return.
