Please do not go here it’s a massive scam, we were told it would cost 288$ before we went which we had to PREPAY and you can’t refund, then by the end of it they had put so many extra costs on top it ended up being 1300$!!! For 13 days of car rental. They tried to sneak an extra 1000$!!! We left and now can’t get a refund back from these scam artists. Also the costumer service is beyond awful, we had the most useless bags behind the counters who couldn’t tell us anything other then how much it cost. We stood in line for 1.5 hrs to be told it would cost our first born child to rent a car her. Please do not come here it’s horrible -100/10

Had a great experience. From the shuttle driver from the airport to the gentleman who took the car upon our return, all employees were super helpful. Specifically, Lester was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using them if a rental car is needed at LAX.

By far the worst experience of my life. I prepaid for my car and purchased car insurance and they demanded I have my own insurance as well or I have to pay 1500$ deposit. They were very rude and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. I told the guy please help me figure things out I need to get to a funeral and he said “well good thing they are already dead, call back around 5pm if you want to talk to a manager and he hung up on me”. I called back many time and never got anyone to answer the phone. After 2 hours arguing with Priceline I was refunded due to this company trying to rob me of more money. Don’t use this company it’s the worst! Pay more at enterprise if you need to for better service.

When I got there, our Rep was in a normal mode until I told him that we won't be using their insurance that they offer, his demeanor then flipped.
He charged me $155 and said that this is a deposit. He also gave me a copy, signed a waiver. Little did I know, there was 2 charges on my CREDIT CARD of $500( the actual deposit) and $155(non refundable and not a deposit).
It was a funeral short trip for us, and we got scammed by the a local company.
I don't know how they are staying in business.

You have to take a shuttle to a van pick up then wait for the awhile to check in. Plan 2 hours for the whole process. Check in process is slow because you must show your insurance policy, have it ready. If you don't have insurance, their minimum insurance is $29/a day, almost the same as the car.

Lester was very helpful, efficient, and friendly at the counter when I got there. Hopefully you get him if you go there!

Biggest scam ever this place is the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy anything in my life. The costumer service was awful, horrific no help at all. I had a guy who couldn’t talk louder than a whisper and refused to answer any questions. I was in line for more then an hour just to get to the front where they tried to slap and extra 1100$! In fees and and garbage. The website sayed it would cost 250 to book a spot which I you can’t refund. They then told us it would cost 1350$ when we got there and caught us off guard trying to scam us. Please don’t waste your time with this garbage company, go to enterprise it may look more expensive online but that’s because the way actually tell you the cost

Yeah do not book here. They will give your car reservation to someone else and if you booked through Expedia they will not refund you if you booked via a debit card. Talked with the agent and they offered to rent a car elsewhere. Went elsewhere and had to book a whole new car reservation.
This place is a scam. Do. Not. Rent from them.
