Upon learning all the bad reviews with this rental
company I immediately called Priceline to cancelled my online reservation for rental car and recommended to banned this company like the Economy Rental Company. Spread to all friends and in the social media to avoid Green Motion and Economy Rental Car Company due to hidden fees and mandatory insurance.

People in the counter are very rude, the car smell like cigarettes and they todl us no smoking, no customer service, and the van driver as well telling people to go on lift otlr uber if they want to get there on time I understand that there is other wasys to get to the airport but that's why you pay for a car rental and the shuttle is included with the service.

My flight got delayed and when I called they told me they would be closed and that I would have to pick my car up the next day. That was the only solution they offered me. We were staying an hour away and wouldn’t be coming back in the morning. They wouldn’t refund us our rental either because it wasn’t 48 hours before the reservation. Not my fault our flight got delayed and they couldn’t offer me any other help. Very disappointed and would not recommend renting with them.

Driver was a phenomenal rep! He was energetic, knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He was also incredibly kind and professional, I couldn't have asked for better!
