If I could give a negative star review, I would! I have NEVER put a review online, good or bad, but this place is so bad I can’t stop myself. We paid out of pocket to have a new washer/dryer combo installed in a $80,000 camper. The service group didn’t bother to put drain hose into the line. Water EVERYWHERE in the camper! As if this isn’t bad enough, now that the sales and service department know, they won’t answer our calls or call back. And this doesn’t even include the recapped tires that blew and the closet shelf/rod that fell apart! We knew better than buy from Gregg Orr anything and we never will again. Do NOT buy from Gregg Orr Marine or Autos! They are all horrible!

One of the best deals I have had in a long time. Mark Lindsay is a great guy to do business with. Very professional and went above and beyond on our boat. And even got a few goodies in the deal. I will be recommending him if anyone ask. The boat looks amazing. Great group of guys in the shop getting my motor swap done. 10 out of 10 in my book.

I have had my boat at Gregg Orr Marine for almost 3 weeks now to have a power pole repaired. Called Thursday 08/15 to check on it and was told it wasn’t ready. Waited until Wednesday 08/21 and was told that they were waiting on the board to come in from a 3rd party. Never offered to call and check on it. I posted on messenger that I was getting a run around and I got a call from a sales representative. He called the 3rd party and my part had been there since Monday 08/19. He contacted the parts department and let them know it was in. I called them at 1:33 pm on Thursday 08/22 and no one answered so I left a voicemail to have someone call me back. No one called. So today 08/23 I put another message on messenger advising that no one had called me. Evidently the sales person put the message out and I was called from the service department and told that my part was in and that they would get it today. So I was told on Wednesday that it had been in since Monday and they are just picking it up today. When I asked so when will my boat be ready I was told that they are not for sure but they would try to get it worked on this afternoon

They have literally no service after the sale. Worst I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend buying from them

VERY Friendly and Respectful. Due to our age and health, they unhooked and then re- hooked boat trailer(safety hooks,lights,hitch,) . They replaced the gas line and bulb. Replaced gas filter and got rid of 2 yr old gas and replaced with fresh gas. Did a tune up(replaced 3 spark plugs and visionly check for any worn or loose wires.droped off on Wednesday and picked up on Friday! Just two days. Great service and very reasonable price!

We have a 2023 Keystone Avalanche 295Rk 5th wheel which has the exact floor plan we were looking for. Factory issues were right side of refrigerator door wouldn’t lock, awning, kitchen sink leaking, barn door between bath and bedroom improperly installed which damaged wall and roller on bedroom slide had came off and damaged bedroom floor., and grey and black water valves were reversed. We took it over to them on October 3rd and picked it up on 28 November. We also slide toppers installed. Did an inspection at that time and it looked better than it did when we bought it in July. Adam and other members of the organization did an excellent job and they will always get my business!! If you want it done right take it to ORR MARINE AND RV!! We highly recommend them!!
